I really had to login to say this.

Did any of you guys happened to notice the cut was still on Superman face when the bomb hit him and Doomsday?

Did any of you wonder why?

Well based on what I've seen in the movie it's simply because not all the gas kryptonite that Batman used was not yet worn out.

Which leads to the conclusion that Superman was most certainly not at full power.....because the cut was not yet healed.

HE WAS STILL UNDER THE EFFECT OF THE KRYTONITE.

And that is why he couldn't tank the explosion as Doomsday.

I am not saying that he is more durable than Vison....but well he is!

Supes and Majestic.

Can Majestic get the creation blade? I mean please?

Any way too fast too strong.

Hey, I know Im replying on 4 month+ thread, but figured, what the hell.

DC is(and that's my point of view, no offence meant) to be blamed for this. This was clearly stated at first to be a Superman movie which turned into a Batman v Superman movie and then finally to a prologue of justice league.

DC has slowly made Batman godlike. Don't get me wrong here. I liked Batman, but not anymore. What I saw from the movie was Superman fighting stupidly even though as you said his mothers life was in danger. And Batman overpowering Superman 2 times with the help of kryptonite gas in the same fight was just too much. Supes bull rushing on the second one had me roll back my eyes. And the best reason for Batman beating Superman now is, well he is batman, he preped.

Wth? Superman was throwing him through the air how the hell did he prep wher he'd be falling?

DC I believe have had to do some approval or whatever for this scene to conclude this way. They own the characters and this is a wrong done to Superman who in modern days is slowly but steadily only being refered as a brute and nothing more.

Batman on the other hand is having everything his way. He wasn't even harmed in this fight. Not a single drop of blood.

And Superman bled and was at Batman's mercy.

Never in comics have Batman been so close to killing Superman, if it was not for a certain Martha.

The movie was good. But I absolutely hated the fight. Supes was just too dstupid. Hell the thugs Batman faced while saving Clarks mother gave him a better fight.

Again that's just my opinion.

Yeah. But the story had completely different context to it. Everyone knew what was happening and knew how batman got the upper hand. This is why it was a great comic.

But in the movie it just look wrong, The fact is, Batman had Supes at his mercy, and begging. I was like what?

I think Snyder didn't really understand the essence of The dark knight. He just wanted to tell everyone that Batman has defeated Superman in comics (which is non canon, if I recall correctly) hence should beat him on their very first encounter on the big screen. And thats very very wrong for me.

BvS is just another Batman glorifying movie. Don't get me wrong, I loved the movie. But come on, Superman begging for his mother under the sole of Batman? Really?

I personally don't think this should have happened. I can't recall anything like this bappening in comics, then why did it happen in a movie? Kryptonite or not, I don't buy it.

Superman looked like a whinny emo kid the hole movie. And I was really disappointed at what they have done in this movie to this character.

Am a great fan of Batman, I don't think it's fair to force him up the top of the food chain in such a stupid way.

And I liked how they made Batman so intelligent and thinking clearly even under the stress of being manhandled by a god like character, and the way Supes is portrayed as a douche who has no brain and only bullrushes opponents who are way slower than him, and the second time he got hit by the krytonite grenade literally killed me. Lol even I would have seen it coming.

I think the battle was won fairly at some extent by Batman, fighting a god has to have you well prepared and coordinated, but Superman portrayal is just plain dumb and pathetic.

I think Snyder should read some other comics than just the Dark Knight.

A stalemate would have been much better for the movie.

Marvel is doing a much better work with fights amongst their characters. They don't downplay any character to make the another one look better.

I really like Sentry, but I don't like how he is potrayed sometimes here on the Vine. That's all. I was just being a little sarcastic. Hehe!

Petsonally I beleive Someone like Wally West or Thanos or Odin or even Silver surfer should do the suffice.

But well, since the MM instance,some see him well above the likes, which I don't think he is.
