I thought it was a solid first episode. The special effects were pretty solid for a TV show, but I also get some of the criticism for some of the story aspects and dialogue. I don't like how Barry had no concern on revealing his abilities to anyone he came in contact with, but taking the whole episode into account, I'm definitely going to keep watching. As for the super shows currently showing, Agents of Shield and Green Arrow are standing above the rest. Starting with the last 5 or 6 episodes of the Agents of Shield last season, they have really improve their quality. I just started watching Arrow on Netflix and being almost through the first season, it might be the best super hero show on right now. Listening to the podcasts and seeing others comments, I was expecting a lot of cheesy lines and scenes and I really don't see it. For me, Gotham has been way more cheesy in it's dialogue and characters than anything I have seen in Arrow. Regardless of all that, its a great time to be a comic book fan when it comes to TV and movies.

Hey guys, really enjoying the podcast so far. It's really nice to have a fun wrestling commentary podcast to listen to every week. Since you guys both seem to like NXT so much, I really wish you would talk about their weekly shows a bit more. Keep up the great work.

Amazing 601 is the best!!!

I am pretty sure the Red Hood leader is The Joker based on the visual clues. In issue 17 there is a picture of The Joker with no make-up, and if you compare that with the images of RH leader when he takes his helmet it off you see the same green eyes and big nose along with the scene in issue 13 at ACE chemical dressed as the RH. Also some people complaining about him now having an origin story, I don't quite get. If RH is now The Joker, all we know is that he fell into some chemicals, but we still no zero about who that man was or why he truly became the RH other than some possible BS he told Bruce. I am really enjoying Zero Year, and I hope that during this story he can craft an iconic story for The Riddler.

I like the idea of The Riddler to be my favorite villain, but it's hard to find a good storyline that is iconic for the character. I think Zero Year may end up being that storyline. The Joker is probably the best villain just looking at how many amazing storylines he has been apart of, and there are so many variations on his evil.

I really enjoyed this issue, and I think the people who really disliked it are the same people who had problems with ASM 700. We all know that Peter Parker is not gone for good so complaining about this doesn't make much sense. Stegman's art is really great in this issue. I really liked the way each character turned into Spider-Man.

Clearly G-Man is being paid by DC to keep the reviews low!!! J/K. I'll disagree a little bit with the rating. The future storyline did feel a bit rushed, but I did enjoy the past storyline. I think there was a good payoff, and that coupled with the previews for upcoming issues shows that the end will definitely have some unintended consequences. The slow pacing concerns are definitely valid, but I'm inclined to overlook them a bit because of the quick shipping schedule.

These videos are always cool to see. All the guys are crazy talented. I always like seeing Brian doing his coloring.

Snyder is probably my favorite writer right now. I have enjoyed almost of all the titles he has written. Severed is probably my least favorite thing he has done so far. Some of the criticisms definitely have some merit, especially mentions of his stories not paying off at the end, but this seems to occurring on his DC titles more than anything so I believe that editorial has something to do with it there. I imagine the end of DotF would have been different had Damian not have been scheduled to be killed.

Just gives me another thing to make me glad I dropped this book.
