I will do all the math for further replies until makes the final decision. I will be honest with my points. , way to go. Bet you did it on purpose. Many people in the past 24 hours did not do stuff right, such as add or subtract points or just do some really weird crap. The people who went after the ones who made mistakes ignored them, so I did too. For Batman, the score is now 164. Lets play fair now.

Good eye! You can put your points in now. I corrected the score.

Batman - 164

Martian Manhunter - 172

Wonder Woman - 122

You took off an extra 20...shame on you. This is a warning if you mess things up again your points will never be counted by any of us.

Thanks for noticing it...

From what I saw she/he(or it...) added 6 to Martian Manhunter removed 26 from Batman(which is odd since Batman is his/her favorite character...) so we just reverse the process to fix things. +26 to Batman, -6 to Martian Manhunter. So based on this, The Current correct score is(based on how I counted...please tell me if I added it wrong...):

Batman - 170

Martian Manhunter - 166

Wonder Woman - 116

Haha No problem, I was just gazing through it all and I just saw the discrepancy and took a double take haha. xD

Zatanna, Artemis, Wonder Girl, and Batgirl. I think those girls are the best.

No Caption Provided

Isn't this Batgirl when she was with Dick in the first season, the episode where Artemis gets a scholarship from Bruce to go to that one fancy school. She's cute. Anyway, I'm young enough that it's not that creepy saying who I think is hot, if they were real I just became 19 about two months ago, so not a huge age difference.

Exactly. Sinestro never hung out much with John Stewart. They were never friends or enemies.

it's a reboot, anything can happen.

1. The movie sucked not because of Hal Jordan's character but because of a poor script, a terrible story, poor choices of actors for Hal Jordan, Carol Ferris and Hector Hammond, weird special effects for the Green Lanterns' costume, mixing elements of Krona into Parallax and a failed attempt to recreate Geoff Johns' Secret Origin story along with his other work on Green Lantern. It didn't suck because Hal was the focus.

2. I kind of agree with you as a lot of people know John Stewart from the Justice League cartoon and mistakenly believe him to be the main Green Lantern but DC seem to be using Hal Jordan a lot in their other media such as video games to make people aware of him. Plus the Green Lantern cartoon has Hal as the star, not John. They're getting people aware of Hal more so that some people will be familiar with him in the Justice League movie. If John Stewart were to appear, he would be getting all the attention, not Hal.

1. The movie had great actors, just a terrible script, and it seems that it's always Hal Jordan as the focus, hal jordan this, hal jordan that, I mean, another white, male superhero? Really? Like America doesn't have enough of those already?

2. I sort of agree, my main complaint is that John is going to be a sidekick to Hal like how war machine was a sidekick to Tony in Iron Man 2. Which is stupid. Black superheroes make up about 1% of the population, and yet they should all be sidekicks? F*ck no.

Plus, I like John better anyway.

Haha Urmm Martian Manhunter's human form is a black guy? Is that close enough? Anyways, it would be cool to have diversity like Asian superheroes, Latino superheroes, and etc., but I doubt they are ever going to be major components. Young Justice puts in a lot of nice diversity though like Cheshire, Huntress, and Artemis are all Vietnamese or part Vietnamese. Blue Beetle is Latino, that is pretty given. Aqualad is a black Atlantean. Bumblebee is black too, Mal Duncan makes an appearance every once in a while. Rocket also appears at the end of the season too I believe. It would be nice to have diversity, but I don't think it is required. I rather have the Justice League movie stick with all the original members just because that's who the Justice League members are, I think people would be upset if they replaced Hal with John Stewart because he isn't actually the original member... People don't like it when you switch characters or do something drastically different than what their fan base has grown up with.

What the hell happened here? Literally just skipped like 20 points on Batman... Someone needs to check them as they go by for discrepancies. I saw some other mistakes too unless I don't understand how you guys are doing it...

Yeah, I wouldn't mind seeing new villains, but I also don't mind seeing the old ones as long as they are done well, you can't really complain if the movie is good. Obviously, WB and DC want to make money so they might end up doing more famous villains since that's what gets the money flowing. I think Joker will be essential to most trilogies or sagas for Batman seeing as how he is the biggest arch nemesis of Batman. I would definitely like to see the Riddler though, if done well it would be pretty impressive.

Hmm... I'm not sure... I think Cyborg has a purpose in the new Justice League, he's the tech guy basically for them haha. I personally though like Martian Manhunter even before he got replaced, especially since I didn't even know about the New 52 comics until maybe a month or two ago.

You may pick of the recent trades of new 52. Some of these characters have had countless of titles before the revamp and I advise you to pick of those. I'm advising this so you won't have to wait a month just an issue you are looking foward to.

I would pick up old issues and titles, but I wouldn't nowhere to start or which ones are good. I also don't know where to buy them haha, the comic bookstore I went to seemed like they only had recent titles.

@giovannile07: you should read swamp thing its being written by scott snyder the same guy whos writing batman and i,vampire. also action comics is pretty good to its about the early days of superman's career.

Yeah, I just got Swamp Thing Issue #1. Hopefully it is as good as everyone said, seems like a lot of people like it.

Here are the current Batman comics and the distinctions between them, to answer your question...

Batman - This one is amazing. One of the best books being put out right now. It's pretty basic Batman, but Scott Snyder has taken the character to a whole new level.

Batman and Robin - The distinction with this one is that Robin is in it. It centers around Batman's adventures with Robin, instead of solo. Quite often, the focus is more on Robin than his mentor. The first arc was pretty good, but since then, it's kind of lost steam.

Detective Comics - In all honesty, Detective Comics kind of sucks. It just isn't written well. However, it is getting a new creative team soon and I have confidence in the new writer.

The Dark Knight - Another bad one. The distinction here, from what I've heard (I didn't read past issue 1) is that here Batman deals with more supernatural type threats, which he doesn't usually deal with in the other Batman books. But again, it's not written well. However, a new creative team took over recently, and apparently its gotten better.

Batman Incorporated - Personally, I don't like this one... but a lot of people do. It's a bit more "campy" than the others. Not too much so, but when compared to the other Bat-books, this one has a lighter feel to it. If that's your thing, go for it. I just don't personally enjoy it.

Hope that helped.

Thanks, that helped a lot. I don't really like "campy" style Batman, really like it when the mood is pretty dark and everything. I'll check out Batman then, it seems from this comment and your previous comment that you're pretty picky haha not to sound negative, so I'm guessing Batman has to be pretty good.
