I think Baryon mode still can win here if he uses all of his abilities; Bijuu bombs, shadow clones, rasen shurikens, rasengans, life shave. He coulde easily take down Tatsumaki with one hit. Saitama could be a problem though
Boros has regeneration, boros speed alone kills ishiki in that size
Ishiki shrinking himself is at a disadvantage
His regeneration will only delay the inevitable. Boros being FASTER than Isshiki is HIGHLY DEBATABLE. I would say Isshiki is actually faster than him. Easily moving faster than the speed of light. Isshiki shrinking himself is not a disadvantage either because Boros cant hit what he can't see. He also cannot dodge attacks that he cant see like his microscopic chakra rods that drain energy

Im not gonna go digging for some feats. If you don't know then we'll have to agree to disagree. Read the manga and you'll know how easily this fight would end. Isshiki can shoot microscopic chakra rods into ppl without them even knowing that he's did it, and then restore them to original size to cause mortal wounds. He can shrink himself and non organic matter and store it into a separate dimension. Control and manipulate giant cubes. Absorb energy attacks. I could argue that Boros have more physical power than Isshiki but Isshiki hax is far too much for power alone to compensate. A few chakra rods aimed at Boros heart or head would end him before Boros would even know what happened
