Being a huge fan of the first two Iron Man movies, haven't seen 3 yet, I was quite distressed upon finding out that Gywneth Paltrow is unsure if she'll ever reprise her role as Pepper in the MCU. I really liked Paltrow as Pepper and would love to see more of her in future Marvel films. But it seems as if that's not going to happen anytime soon. There has been no confirmation whatsoever of her even potentially appearing in AoU and if you saw the TV Spot 2 for the film you might've noticed that Maria Hill seems to now be working at Stark Industries as Tony's new assistant. Which is kinda weird for me because I've always seen Hill as Nick Fury's second in command and the same with Tony and Pepper, they make a good team. However, considering the events that took place in TWS, it kind of makes sense why Maria is working at Stark Industries. I still hope they explain what's going with Pepper in AoU. And if not AoU, at least Civil War. Are they going to replace her with another actress similar to how War Machine got another actor in Iron Man 2? Let me know what you think.

Recently I've become a really big fan of Thor and I've been doing a lot of research on his creation and origin. I've also been reading a bit of the new Thor title on YouTube. But to get to the point of me making this thread, I want to know why Odin, the all father of asgardian gods and the one who put the enchantment on Mjolnir himself, is unworthy to wield the hammer in Thor #1? I'm new to this so I'm just wondering is it something I missed? Bad writing? Help me out here fellow Thor fans.

@asgaard: Oops. My comment wasn't directed towards you, dear. It was in general to all these comments I've been seeing in various threads claiming the new Thor can't be any female who isn't blonde and that's just ridiculous :P

I too believe it could very well be Jane or Roz, but I'm not really sure. Guess we just gotta stay tuned till they finally reveal it lol.

I don't understand why people keep ruling out females who aren't blonde as being this new goddess of thunder. Just because she's a blonde doesn't really mean anything, what if when she wielded Mjolnir and became Thor her hair turned blonde due to the magic or what if it's a wig like how Batwoman does under her cowl. It could even be hair dye for all you know, all this is to say that there's endless possibilities of who this new Thor's identity could be and ruling out certain females because of hair color is silly and not thinking outside the box.
