I heard a rumor recently that Jason Statham wanted to play Daredevil. I can't see him as Murdock, but he'd make a perfect Bullseye for sure.
 
I think Matt Damon would make a great Daredevil, but I don't think he'd do it, especially after his best bud Affleck already played him.
 
Bradley Cooper might do a decent job. He got beat by Ryan Reynolds for the Green Lantern role - so maybe he wouldn't be adverse to playing a Marvel character.

McPartlin would be awesome (pun intended) as Cap. He'd maybe just have to pack on a little more muscle mass. He's great on Chuck - always thought he'd make a great Cap.

Best ever. Period.

Good guy or bad - I'm just psyched the Hulk will be in the Avengers movie.

Subby going to be a challenge to translate to the big screen. But if or when it happens - Quinto would be a perfect choice to play him - providing of course he's not tired of playing super-powered characters.

Clive would make an awesome Kraven. The villain has great potential - providing they can update/translate him properly. Can't think of a better choice at the moment.

We definitely need to see a funnier Peter Parker. An awesome sense of humor is just as important to the character as spider-powers are.

Recently saw the first 2 episodes. Awesome show - has some of the best action I've seen on TV in a long time.

I like it - hope the movie lives up to the hype.
