wow isnt it insulting to compare a sick itachi to nagato? nagato will beat him in seconds without even trying, if he even used susanno his susanno wont last long. i hope kishimoto makes a list of strongest ninjas from the weakest to the strongest. well nagato beats itachi in many ways ( 1 ) planetary devastation and if itachi tries to magnatama it nagato could fly up and absorb it, or repell it or blast it with his robotic power or gravitationally pull it to the ground or ........ ( 2 ) nagato could stationed a clone at the oposite side of itachi and then him and the clone use gravitational pull on itachi and his susanno splitting them in half ( 3 ) send a clone to distract itachi and then ghedo mazo ( 4 ) force itachi to use up his stamina ( 5 ) ..............

@princearagorn1: itachi's genjutsu will definatly work, granny chiyo even said dont fight a genjutsu user one on one, well nagato has great sensory ability that can let him know when a amaterasu or tsukynomi is coming, the finger genjutsu, hmm itachis genjutsu is almost impossible to get out of even naruto's chakra couldn't break itachis genjutsu, (to dispell genjutsu you have to focus your chakra and then release), lol nagaro should better avoid itachis genjutsu by closing his eyes and because nagato has good sensory ability he can still navigate himself in the battlefield and use a clone to support him in battle, genjutsu affects the clones but doesnt harm it.
