With the success of the animated Spiderman movies, one would think the powers that be (wanting to promote a female led Spidey movie) would have wanted to produce a live-action Spider-Gwen movie. As opposed to a CW looking Madame Web movie.
The fact that all year the tin foil hats have been saying Ravens v Niners cause of the SB logo color has convinced me that one of them is guaranteed to lose. And while I hope it's the Niners, something tells me Mahomes is fit to lead the Chiefs past the Ravens
If the DCEU had taken it's time rather than chase the MCU, right now we could be enjoying a fully fleshed out Superman v Batman movie that would slap. Or a Justice League v Darkseid movie that was Endgame quality. Somewhere in the multiverse this happened. Too bad we're in the darkest timeline and all we got to look forward to is Spiderman movies with no Spiderman 🤣
@straight-fire: Detroit's owner set it up in the 30's for publicity. Dallas in the 70's. GB whatever year they started. But none of em did it/do it based off underdog status. I'm legit curious how that logistically works. It might be something I start considering.
So much worse? I mean how little or how much a person thinks the Lions are better or worse than the remaining teams is subjective. We could factor in the betting odds. We could factor in historical significance. We could factor in individual players or even stats. Niners are favored by a touchdown so by that metric they are literally the underdogs. Could they beat any of the remaining teams? Sure. Would they be favored in any of those games? No.
