Yeah you already have an Iron Man villain in there XD I'm going to go with the same reasoning.

I'd say they can get through round 1. 
Round two is already getting to be a tough call. I'm not positive they can pull it off.
Even if they manage round 2 ... They stop at round 3.

I would love to know what the HYDRA guys are capable of? 
AIM and hand seem strong enough to beat them,not sure about hood(i honestly think the heroes win that one)

I'd say Black Panther and Daredevil actually lose this gauntlet. AIM and the Hood seem to be packing a little more heat than the team even with the support. I think they could pull out a win with the Hand and Hydra though.

Death's Head 2 kills the allies, solo. 
 
DD & BP for the lose. 
 
DH2 is a team hunter, and spanked the X-Men solo, he wins here.  His "allies" just insure the victory here.

@xdm:  Thanks bud.  Yeah team AIM is looking mighty beefy but I think BP with prep can manage the lot of them especailly with DD and Cap teamwork.
 
@Shadowsnake89: No mercy for the men without fear! DD and BP both are deadly when they out on the hunt and they're prepped so the odds have to be great for it to even be any kind of challenge.
 
@slacker the hacker: Lol mad DD love.
 
How would you guys rank the villains teams?

Hard battle for the heroes. 
 
From my point of view, your Team AIM is too strong (Tech advantage). 
 
Team heroes has Black Panther...and nobody else.
 
Ghost (tech) solo was a BIG threat for Stark.
So Perhaps...Black Panther can handle this guy.
And he knows Klaw...
 
But after you have Modok, Super adaptoid, Death Head 2...a team of Tech / Genius.
 
And no other "brain" (Stark, Reed,...) on the other side...

Wow you didn't cut the heroes any slack. It's a hard fight from the get go.If they can take out team Hood, Team AIM still poses a serious threat but if they manage to beat them with Cap's help Team Hand shouldn't prove much trouble with Logan's aid. But the kid gloves come off with team Hydra. Can't say if they make it through that one.
