I would like to say JLA, but it just wouldn't happen. Even if they Blitz they would beat pretty much every hand to hand character in the X-men leaving Phenix, Prof X, Juggs and a few more from the X-men who would be able to beat the Few members of JLA in the picture in the prompt.

You should include Uru. And the Vibranium Alloy that Cap's shield is made of is the most reliable/durable in the Marvel Universe, thous making it the best for armor. But for weapons that use an edge I would go with Adamantium. I cant speak for the other two.
