Because a movie with the names "Batman" and "Superman", the two most popular superheroes ever, should have easily smashed a billion. WB knows this, and it's exactly why they fucked with Suicide Squad in post.

IMO, at best, this movie is just okay. At worst, it's a stain on the franchises, and a sign that WB already needs to reboot the DCU.

And this movie wasn't bad because it was dark. It was bad because it was dumb. Maybe just very poorly edited, if you want to be generous. The Dark Knight was dark, and it might be the best comic book movie made.

This video made me hate it slightly less. The analogy between the Zod Fight and the death of his parents was something I didn't think about thoroughly.

Sometimes I feel like Marvel plays it way too safe with these movies. We're almost in Phase 4. Don't get afraid to experiment. Give us that awesome Black Widow spy movie. Women can sell tickets.

I thought the Skittles analogy was stupid back when Tumblr people were saying men were like poisoned skittles, and I still think it's stupid now.

Comparing real people with lives who are trying to escape death by bombing, to a sugary candy is just not. It doesn't. It just doesn't.

Winter Soldier has a more solid plot and you don't need a ton of backstory going in.

Civil War is great if you've seen the other ones because the character work is amazing but Zemo is pretty weak.

Either Antman 2 or Captain Marvel.

He just wants Bruce to get puss all day every day.

The only thing that DC is winning in is comics. I don't, and won't, care about Civil War 2.

And games. Cause Arkham.

The Jedi were self-restraining disciplined monks to the point of heavy sexual repression. Doesn't surprise me that they could stop themselves from eating unhealthy.
