But I don't think that Hope in her metal form would be killed that easily, and if Rogue touched Phoenix Force that be irrelevant.

Rouge tried to touch Magik with the PF and she couldn't absorb it. The touch didn't affect Magik at all.

@funnyfishman: you do realize that the Pheonix Force is a godlike entitiy that represents all psionic energy in the universe. It has in the past done some incredible stuff like destroy a star maybe next time you post a fight you should do some research on charachters just to make sure its would be interesting fight.

Then it's incorrect. If you are talking about Marvel.com's ratings then they are definitely wrong. The official handbooks will give you are more accurate estimate of the entity's/characters' abilities, but are not always up to date or factor in a lot of the accomplishnments (or failings) shown in the books that should factor into the power/ability ratings. Not trying to offend you or anything. Just letting you know that this is a mismatch. You can match Thor against the PF and it would still be mismatch.
