Momoa looks awesome. I love that the Polynesian culture is heavily influencing his look. The tats make him look much more realistic and look freakin cool on Momoa. Plus, the shaggy hair with a little white in it make him look like a older battle tested king.

Even tho i was very disappointed in Man of Steel, I'll still come out and support this movie

I know a lot of people are choosing BRB because he is physically superior to John but I think Stewart can take this because:

He's gone against Superman who has similar strength to BRB

Obviously in the weapons department, Storm Breaker is the stronger weapon and could probably break John Stewart's constructs, which are known to be full, complete and able to operate independently. However, the Ring's power depends on the mind and will of it's user and this is where John's best shot will be. He will have to take advantage of the fact that he has the ability to be more creative and versatile than BRB. Plus, it's been noted in GL's last victory that he can react as fast as the Flash.

Both have a ton of amount of experience as well. Another advantage John Stewart has is that he has better defense than BRB. His ring can produce force fields while BRB just has a hammer and his own body to defend against the wide variety of things John could throw at him. (i'm not saying GL's force field can stop BRB but it's better than what BRB has in comparison)

I will give this one to John Stewart because he is able to outsmart BRB and has a better form of defense.

Superman with a beard is very good looking. His skin color is more of an olive tone & that beard makes him look like a boss.

wonderfully written article. i do agree that comics take advantage of what is popular or controversial in this country and use it to make sales. I think it is good to have people of different sexual orientations and genders but creating those characters just for the sake of it or to increase sales is wrong & unnecessary.

jason had the best costume but i'd say stephanie and tim were the best

Vertigo have been turning out some great comics like American Vampire & Fairest but hopefully they're working on something new. Im not sure how i feel about a new Constantine series but if its doing well then i'll consider it.

Looks pretty cool.
