My favorite evil character in Dragon Ball Z, Frieza is an Evil Space Tyrant who claims to be the most powerful being in the universe. Frieza destroys life on planets in order to sell them, or make them his own planets.
Frieza has the ability to destroy planets by merely lifting his finger, and has the ability to breathe in space, along with his ability to transform. Originally Frieza could have killed Goku without even trying , but since Frieza decided to toy with him, Goku got stronger after becoming a Super Saiyan because of all the wounds that Frieza had inflicted on him and when Goku became a super saiyan he seemed to have healed and doubled his strength, which ultimately led to Friezas defeat.

Frieza's Right Hand Man, Zarbon has the ability to transform into an alligator looking form, which makes his body bigger and doubles his power level. The first encounter Zarbon has with Vegeta seemed like Vegeta had the upper hand, but Zarbon was in fact holding back and when he transforms Zarbon almost instantly defeats Vegeta nearly killing him in the process. After Zarbon tells Frieza what happened, Zarbon is forced to bring Vegeta back to the ship. Vegeta recovers and escapes stealing the Dragon Balls in the process. Frieza gives Zarbon one hour to bring Vegeta and all of the dragon balls back, Zarbon finds Vegeta and fights him again losing his life.

My favorite female character in Star Wars, especially in Return of the Jedi when she is forced as Jabba the Hutts Slave. Jabba forces Leia to wear a golden bikini, and a slave collar attached with a chain for Jabba to hold onto.

My favorite bounty hunter in the Star Wars universe, Jango Fett is the one who provided himself as the primary template of the Clone Army. Jango Fett is the sole survivor of the Mandalorians, durning the Mandalorian/Jedi war Jango Fett took out many Jedi, that even Count Dooku recognized his powerful fighting skills. Jango Fett is know to use his great variety of Mandalorian weapons along with hand-to-hand combat. Jango Fett has been the most successful bounty hunter in the Universe.
