  • I've always beena fan of Alpha Flight, they always seemed to bring something new to the table.

  • This was the first real show of young mutants when I first started reading comics. I was able to relate to them as teens. To bad notmany of them are alive anymore.

  • Excalibur carried a lot of my favorite characters.

  • You have to have an element of humor to comics.

  • They could make a story about anything or make a character into anyone. How can you not love this?

  • She started out in Gen X then disappeared for awhile. The people brought her back in AoA and she grew into an amazing character.

  • The villian out for himself

  • I'm a fan of Nightcrawler, how can you not be a fan of his children.

  • Sometimes this little dude gets out of hand, being in 7 issues at once but I like him as a character.

  • Another prankster of the X-Men but he's come out of his shell to be one of the greatest

  • He's been at the rough end of everything and he seems to pull through every time.

  • He was one of the first to really die in the comics and stay that way (for a long time). I'm a fan of his Exiles version.

  • This guy's a beast.. he was a bit of a jerk when it all started but he had a big sacrifice to save his friends.

  • The little x-baddies.

  • He sat in the background for awhile but stepped up during the kids trip to Limbo.

  • A Guthrie strong. He was a sad sacrifice.

  • She brought an element of something that a lot of comics hadn't seen in a long time. She was a real world problem (middle eastern heritage) brought into character in the x-world.

  • She's a two-faced, bitch most of the time. But she broke up Scott and Jean.. so I give her props for that.

  • These kids have come a long way. The first little kids to have to grow up fast in the absence of the X-Men

  • Match didn't get much play until the Limbo thing. I wish they would use him more.

  • Best concept in a long time... so good they still can't let it go.

  • Great arc.. it brought a new idea to Apocalypse other than him being a creay dictator that killed things

  • What gets beat down just comes back stronger.

  • Good heros need a way to change. Though it's crazy technology pulls it any from any concept of real world ways to be heros.

  • Mutants needed their own island.. I don't think this is what they ever had in mind. I enjoyed the concept from the Anitmater X-Men of the 90's. A mutant concentration camp that used mutants and powers for mining and slavery.

  • All those new kids needed a place to go.

  • My all time favorite character. He went through the hardships of being religious in a word of non-believers and he looked like the very thing he believed was evil. But that's what most comics are about. The different showing it's not bad. Plus knowing he was pitched for DC and dropped to be pulled into Marvel helps.

  • As far as clones go.. Ben seemed to be the only one worth keeping an eye on.

  • He started the dream.. they all lived it.

  • Another AU that brought a lot of new elements to comics. It didn't last very long but the characters were amazing.

  • He didn't last long enough. It seemed like that made him to kill him later. His powers were very unique.

  • Apocalyose's bitch

  • Gen 13 pulled me into reading outside of my comfort zone.

  • Random Star Wars thing. My favorite Jedi.

  • Who can't like the Avengers? They've invited just about every other hero (and villian) to be a member.

  • Government infested mutant killing teams. What's not to like?

  • Evil Exiles. They did the dirty work.

  • He's a tiny dragon alien that fights. That's the best thing ever!

  • A love interest of Nightcrawler. I wish they'd bring her back for something else.

  • He was my favorite character for a long time. But his story became one-sided after a while. It wasn't until Jean left that it really started to pick up for him. He got darker and really came out of his whiney shell.

  • She was quiet and stayed in the back, but again she pulled out her crazy side (and so did Magik kinda) when the kids went to Limbo.

  • She's the ultimate form of the concept of losing innocense.

  • Half-brother to Nightcrawler, this gentle demon got yanked around a lot. His AoA version was mean and cruel but his 616 version seemed a bit naive to but he was cool. They should do more with him. I think he would have been good as a teacher at the school or something.

  • Colossus has had more story in his time than most others. He started with the X-Men, joined Magneto's Acolytes, also with Excalibur, held the power of the Juggernaut and recently was part of the Phoenix Five, and seen to be a member of X-Force.

  • A giant fire bird that destroys galaxies, what's not to like.

  • While I was not a fan of the AvX story as a whole, the concept of this was kind of fun.

  • Merc with a mouth.. deadpool embodies all the comedy we've lost in the seriousness of comics these days.

  • The original X-Force seemed to be a background team to introduce new characters. After a long while it turned into the new X-Force, which I'm a much bigger fan of.

  • I honestly didn't know much about this guy until he made his way into Uncanny X-Force but I like what they've done with him.

  • I've seen bits and pieces about this guy in the past, but like Deathlok, not a lot until he hit Uncanny X-Force. And now he's already become a martyr for the team.

  • Poor Josh has gotta the crap end of the stick constantly. First as part of X-Academy, then getting stuck with X-Force.

  • I liked his run in X-Force. He was whiney and on the team because he thought he had a brain tumor, but hey, it was more action than he had before.

  • The ship that Fantomex had, left sentient being after his death.

  • I've always been a fan of Warren but in my honest opinion, after he died in the "Dark Angel Saga" he should have stayed dead for awhile. I don't even think he was gone for an entire panel.

  • I don't know a whole lot about her background but her powers are pretty fancy.

  • I miss Sean. He always seemed to be as the first og Xavier's students that went on to be a teacher for Gen X.

  • Love this Alter-U. The characters are so liekable in such a short amount of time. They need more minis.

  • For the first few issues they didn't give a lot away for him then all the sudden when you figured it out, it blew your mind.

  • It was pretty obvious she was the daughter of Storm and Black Panther, but they never gave up her father... I don't think.

  • It was only a short matter of time before a Summers kid joined GeNEXT.

  • They need to come back to this so we can get more info on this girl.
