Releasing the Flames

Immortality
Pyrokinetic (blue fire), when she manipulates regular flames they turn to blue
powers sometimes driven by emotion

Skilled Swimmer/Diver
Breathe Underwater
Flames Still Effective Underwater
Can transform normal fire into mist or steam
Fire Freezes Instead of Burning (Or Can Have a Dry Ice Effect)
Hand to hand combat (was in the military and detective for many years)

Weapons:

Carries explosives that she can detonate by using her flame powers (takes time to set up though)
Has a knife she carries on her right ankle
Carries a Katana on her back
Has a pistol on her left side
Has a skin tight black battle suit underneath her clothes, it can stand her heat, keeps her cold (her powers work best in the cold*), and it is bullet proof

Cold-gives her energy/stamina
Strongest at night

Weakness:

Heat-hurts her
Weakest in direct sunlight
