I hope they do a Green Lantern reboot someday with a completely new cast. I hate that the Green Lantern movie was so bad, but I still will watch it every once in a while just to remind myself that at least a movie was made. Now everyone ones what went wrong, and hopefully if they ever make another they can learn from their mistakes.
I also think Superman Returns was horrible. It was WAY too focused on trying to re-create the feel of the original Superman films, so it brought nothing new or original to the table. Plus, I think whoever thought that Kevin Spacey would make a good Lex Luthor is a total idiot. Lex Luthor has to be an intimidating and serious villain, not some lame bald guy wearing wigs. It makes him seem like a dumb and childish comic relief character, not a serious villain.
I really hope not. My theory for the 700th issue is that Alpha is going to go bad. I think he has the potential to be one of the most powerful villains in the entire Marvel Universe. I think this is going to happen because he seems like a bad person. He's nothing like Peter Parker, and I think he would be a great nemesis to Peter.
I fell in love with superheroes when I first saw the Batman Beyond TV show. I fell in love with comics when I picked up the first issue of Blackest Night.
