@GraniteSoldier: Hmm ... learning Peter Parker's identity wouldn't really help Batman at all unless he wanted to throw him off ... but I think even as prep is crucial for both ...OP didn't say Bruce couldn't bring a few things from the batcave (besides things like the Insider Suit). I believe he can make perfect use of the Suit of Sorrows since it isn't over powered like the Insider is, it increases strength and speed upon the user (not sure if it brings him up close to spiderman levels), but he should be able to prep around that as well as collect samples of webbing while in NY and adapt it to the armor so that webbing doesn't work on him, or even turn it into his own weapon. But other than that, if he can't spy on Spiderman (which most believe he can since he can spy on Superman and other league members) or figure out his powers (cus he was able to figure out Martian Manhunter's abilities) to come up with a strategy to beat Spiderman, then he could just improve on what he already has and load up on gadgets. Just armor up, put on some flying stuff, cloaking devices, slap on a motion senser, and slip on the Boom Tube Fist .... I'd say he's ready to go, and thats all in the batcave, so it would take about 10 mins to get all that, and he can still go and get surveillance in Spiderman .... So depending on how Bruce decides to prep, he will either win, or lose ..... but if he is using his full resources then he wins .... I don't know what Peter can really whip out on his own that he has on standby like Bruce does, since his physical abilities usually allow him to go without stuff like that ...
And just a little bit of what Bruce hides in his closet (besides robin) ....
Boom Tube Fist FTW, (you see the Iron Giant head in there? Sick right?)
