Swimming is a sport of technique and Bat gets but one day to learn. Phelps has been practicing almost everyday since he was 10. Phelps wins in a curbstomp.
Well, you're really right! It doesn't take just physical condition to swim well, it takes really hard training. Even Bruce Wayne should'nt be able to learn how to swim faster in one day, what a talented guy takes a lifetime to.
You forget that Bruce had mastered every form of martial art, criminal psychology, forensics, computer design, engineering, acrobatics, sleight of hand, chemistry, biology, physics, criminal investigation, ventriloquism, marksmanship, etc...all by the time he was in his early twenties... he's managed to fit a dozen lifetimes of knowledge into less than a decade of study. It's impossible to compare real world peak humans to Bruce Wayne.
"His knowledge and expertise in almost every discipline known to man is nearly unparalleled by any other character in the DC universe"
"Through intense training, specialized diet, and biofeedback treatments, The Batman represented the pinnacle of human physical prowess. His physical attributes exceeded that of any Olympic level athlete that has ever competed. His strength, speed, stamina, agility, reflexes, and coordination are at the peak of human potential. Batman began his physical and mental conditioning when he was 11 and then intense physical training and weight lifting at age 12. He had mastered full body control by the time he was 18. Bruce Wayne, since the age of 15, has created a strict diet to enable his body to develop and operate at its most proficient, along with biofeedback treatments (using portable/non portable machines to stimulate muscles to contraction). Batman has performed amazing physical feats due to his superior physique. He engaged in an intensive regular regimen of rigorous exercise (including aerobics, weight lifting, gymnastics, and simulated combat) to keep himself in peak condition, and has often defeated opponents whose size, strength, or other powers greatly exceeded his own. He has spent his entire life in pursuit of physical perfection and has attained it through constant intensive training and determination."
" (Batman's IQ is possibly well over 200) Batman is a brilliant, virtually peerless, detective, strategist, scientist, tactician, and commander; he is widely regarded as one of the keenest analytical minds on the planet."
If a guy with a genius intellect (an intellect incredible enough to stop worldwide threats and go against people as smart as Lex Luthor), and above olympic level physicality (represents the pinnacle of physical human capability, which by the way is hard for any of us to imagine in real life) cant learn how to swim faster in 1 day prep than a guy who disappointed this year in Olympics...........well ffffffffffffuuuuuuuu
if the man Superman called "the most dangerous man in the planet" cant outswim some guy............well than fffffuuuuuuuuu. Screw the batman
thats all im sayin
