Black Cat, Shadowcat, Arana, Spiderwomen, Psylocke, and Jean Grey, in no paricular order. I don't think they really require much explanation.

At the core, he's a whiny little b!tch who needs to be pimped slapped by his nephew and niece, both of whom have had much worse lives than he has. Darwin because a walking Mutant ex Machina. X-23. Wolverine is in 7 titles. E-NOUGH! Stacy X, there was just nothing redeeming about her character. I didn't used to hate Iron Man, but now every time someone kicks his backside I cheer.

Agreed on Vulcan. He is a pretty decent villain, but I will always hate him for killing Banshee. Also, Howard the duck is the stupidest idea ever, and I really don't like super-man at all. He is just too perfect to be interesting.

and by the way. What do all of you guys have against cyclops!? Yeah, I hate that he's with the whore of the year now, and I miss jean too, but cyclops is a good character. He has personal conflict, am interesting handicap, and he has all the aspects that a hero should have, like determination and a value of life.

I have a book called the marvel vault that has a complete history of the company. I am going to give you a list of the titles from the 1940's, in the order they appeared.

1.Human Torch

2.Ka'Zar (in a twelve page mini-series, so I don't think he counts)

3.Namor the Submariner

4.The Angel(a guy in a cape with a dirty sanchez who could fly and who's enemy was some dude named the armless tiger)

5.The Red Raven

6.Captain America

7.Miss America

8.The All-Winners(the destroyer, the patriot, the whizzer, and the vision(a guy from another dimension)

9.Super Rabbit

10.Ziggy pig and silly seal

11.Patsy Walker

12.Nellie the nurse(I'm not making these up)

13.Namora

14.The Blonde Phantom

15.Anne Oakley

16.Black Rider

17.Kid Colt; Outlaw

There you have. Yes, I realize I am a huge nerd:)

Slinger says:

"I think that being Marvel, and seeing their affinity for them, the top spot should go to a redhead, I'm picking Jean Gray (or is it Grey?) Sure she's dead, but hey she's the Pheonix that's what she does."

Technical point here. Jean Grey isn't dead, she ascended to a higher state of existence in the white hot room.

And as to the the actual thread, I'm not sure if you can lop the most powerful and highest status into the same category. If you want the highest status, I would have to say Mary-Jane, just because you can walk up to just about anybody and they will know who she is. But if you want most powerful and highest status, I would say either Sue Storm or Jean Grey (Ms. Marvel isn't as well known as either of them, and Scarlet Witch should be vetoed since she doesn't have her powers anymore).

PS

Please don't bash me too hard for saying Mary-Jane:P

This took some careful cosideration for me, but heres what I decided on. Feel free to bash it :).

1.Cyclops- He might not be as well known a leader as some other guys, like cap or mr. fantastic, but he has led the X-men for longer than anybody else and has done a pretty good job. And on top of that he is a natural pilot, can unleash enough power to split a small planet, and, while not many people realize this, he is great hand to hand fighter. So good, in fact, that he regularly beats wolverine when they fight with or without powers, and has beaten all the other X-men while he had broken ribs.

2.Sage- Every team needs someone like her on it. Her glasses have a built in computer, so she has basically a limitless supply of information at her disposal, coupled with her mutant ability (the computer like mind) and all of her combat training and her marksmenship, she'll be able to take care of herself and everyone else.

3.Black Panther- He is a super genius, is a master of several martial arts, his body has been heightened to the peak of human perfection, has enhanced senses, he has access to a nearly unlimited supply of technology, and is just an all around cool guy.

4.Captain Mar-vell- The teams main muscle, some of you might be surprised by this one, but he's a good guy to have around. He's a Kree, so he was born with twice the physical abilities of the average human, he is a highly experienced fighter from his time in the Kree Armada, has a vast supply of knowledge about the universe thanks to his time as the guardian of the galaxy, he can metabolize the energy of stars and uses it to increase his physical abilities, fly, or fire energy blasts, and his Kree Nega Bands make him one of the few people in the universe powerful enough to beat the Sentry.

5.Iron Fist- He is one of the best fighters in the marvel universe, has cured himself of cancer by focusing his chi, can heal other people the same way, he survived a blast bigger than Hiroshima, he is a billionaire, and he's a funny guy to have around.

6.Daredevil- Probably the third best fighter in the marvel universe, Daredevil has fought guys like wolverine and the punisher to a stand still. His radar sense makes it nearly impossible to sneak up on him and can act like a lie detector. Plus he's a lawyer, which every team should probably have one of, just in case.

7.Shadowcat- She is the primary stealth ability on the team. In addition to the intangibility thing, she has the crazy ninja skills that she picked up in Japan, her computer abilities and genius, and her experience with the X-men would also be a valuble asset. Not the mention the fact that she has a pet dragon, and I've always thought she was cute.

8.Spider-man- This one was a tough choice for me. I had it narrowed down to Spider-man, Luke Cage, or Nightcrawler. In the end I went with the web-head because for his strength, agility, wall-crawling, genius, and most importantly, his witty banter. There you go.

Some altnernates that didn't quite make the cut are Beast, Luke cage, Nightcrawler, Dr. strange, Wolverine, and Warpath.

Bash away :P.

I was walking home with my friends a few days ago, and we started talking about the new Indiana Jones movie. Well, eventually, this came up, and we were never able to reach a conclusion. I personally think Harrison Ford, because He is Indiana Jones and Han Solo, and because I've heard that Chuck norris is a jerk :P.

One thing that I always liked about him was that Sabretooth, the guy who has been Wolverine's arch enemy for almost as long as anyone can remember, was originally an Iron Fist villain, which, for me, just gives him instant bad ass-ery.

Plus if you read his current series, he turned himself into a human bullet and survived a blast bigger than hiroshima. Despite some people calling him a clown, he's no push over, and he has helped deal with some huge threats in the past. Besides, if you say that Danny isnt up the the avenger standard, you may as well say the same for cap and hawkeye(now ronin). Echoes, I really don't see why you don't think he could be a member of the avengers. I mean, if moon knight could get in, almost anyone can.

Okay, I will now settle this for all of you. Yes Riku lost his heart, so he should have a noboby. Axel's not it though. Axel is the nobody of that guy with red hair from final fantasy VII (if you don't believe me, then watch ff 7: advent children for proof). The thing about organization XIII is that each of the members (excluding roxas and xemnas) are from a previous final fantasy game. To get there real name, take the X out and rearange the letters of there nobody name. Cheers, and good luck.
