Dang, I only just saw this thread.

Great news! Static is one of my favored heroes.

Different countries have different sensibilities and take different words more seriously.

I dont see it as being that bad.. not as bad as some words, but as far as 'bad' goes, its up there.

Still, I dont take words very seriously, personally.

The Sharingan is much more powerful due to the special Jutsu's it imparts to the wielder.

However it has the disadvantage of straining the eyes for those Jutsu's (eventually leading to blindness)

The Byakugan is better for insight and scouting, the Sharingan is better for general battle.  (though combined with the Jyuuken style Byakugan becomes a more lethal hand to hand tool)
