@kid Apollo: Definitly worth it in my own humble opinion

Absoulutely one of my favorite books! I will miss Frankensteins solo title , but I am very excited he has aligned his sword with Justice League Dark. DC keeps putting out Amazing books under it's Dark and Edge billing.
I disagree with the comment "the movies keep the franchise alive". For the last near 30 years it has been a combination of the games, comics and novels keeping this franchise alive. If that is not true explain the constant Star Wars PC/ console games selling massive copies? Or the constant branding of "New York Times bestseller list" for damn near every Star Wars novel? Not too mention that most comicbook fans seem to only buy Star Wars comics from Dark Horse and never seem to bother with the other titles they have.
Fact is the films keep the franchise easier to market to the mainstream audience, not alive.
I look forward to seeing where this leads, DC is kicking ass since The New 52 started
I'll passon just about anything Marvel these days especially if it begins with an X , I mean seriously a gay wedding ?! Why are gay relationships and female characters being rammed down our throats? Keep the PC/We our the world agenda out of books long enough to tell a great story. On another note I do want to see how the Wonder Woman story pans out
The story of a former assassin on the run has been done so many times , Azrael the latest version was one of my personal favorites . Maybe this will surprise everyone and take a different course , never know could be worth it.
I really enjoyed Captain Atom and Resurrection Man personally. As for Voodoo no big loss in my humble opinion , the storyline just seems to move to slow. I hope they cancel Legion of Super Heroes or Green Arrow next and maybe give Captain Marvel and The Spectre their own titles soon. By the way Red Lanterns is a great read if you ask me.
Captain Atom was a great read in my opinion , I really enjoyed the struggle to maintain his humanity while in the face of godhood. Voodoo is no real surprise , the story was moving to slow. As for Resurrection Man I rather enjoyed his story and it was starting to pick up pace. I really hope they cancel Green Arrow or Legion of Super Heroes both titles are densely plotted and seem to go off in a tangent . Hopefully we might see Captain Marvel and The Spectre in their own books again soon or maybe Phantom Stranger will be a "Dark" title.
