Race will be an issue as long as you keep talking about it. Define Miles as a kid and not a half black, half latino kid. If Marvel didn't address the topic of his ethnicity and just said "This is your new Spider-man" it would have been a small but powerful step in the right direction.

Comic book Batman is lame a and boring, i dont want to be mean, but when the writter forget he lives in a world with superheroes, he is a better character, comic book Batman is Indiana Jones.

Under The Red Hood alone destroys any animated comic book film.
 
Now against Mask Of The Phantasm ? Tough, but it even defeats that classic.

Batman HUSH seems too long for an animated film, it could either get made in two parts or it will get stuff cut out like they did with All-Star Superman.

Nope. I assume hes going to be somehow piled up with the JSA or hell get a book at another time, like the JSA. Dan Didio has said that there just isnt room for what they are trying to do for those titles at the moment.

That costume is absolutely terrible, when the only interesting thing about a picture (meant to represent the appearence o a character) is a vehicle (which does not belong her) and night-vision goggles (which also aren't part of her character), you know you have a train-wreck of a costume on your hands, guess Nolan completely missed that.
