It's gonna suck bad if it's Skaar, that character has great potential and deserves to be in another book instead of another of Bendis' brain-farts.

@batflasharrow96: Why am I wrong ? Because you say so ? Learn some better criteria to judge your movies friend, Under The Red Hood was better written, better animated, had superior voice acting, better action scenes, had far better characterization and and more powerful emotional resonance, getting the mythos right only gets you so far.

@batflasharrow96: True, hopefully whoever Nolan's succesor is will focus on taking advantage of Batman's fantastic mythos.

Until then, Under The Red Hood kicked Mask Of The Phantasm's butt !

@batflasharrow96: Out of all the Batman films it is probably Mask Of The Phantasm the one that best gets the Batman mythos.

But would you really say getting the mythos is all there is to a good Batman film ?

They can't be compared. They are much different. Mask of the Phantasm is THE best batman film ever made. Under the Red Hood is good, but really?
You're confusing it with The Dark Knight.

Who's fighting Roy and starfire are those there pasts?
It seems so, it probably is an allegory to how they have to face their former selves.

Or maybe it's literal and they have to fight themselves.

I don't think it's gonna work even if it ever comes out, Geoff Johns has consistently proven he dislikes Batman, and with him writing three new titles in September, apart from other duties as crative officer, I can hardly see him getting this graphic novel out.

When Stan Lee tells you you're screwing up, you better listen.
