Telekinesis

Jaden is an adept user of the telekinetic aspects of the force, applying in and out of combat effectively.

(Note. Though these are game mechanic feats, they are not optional choices, the player is required/forced to use the force in these scenes, you cannot get through without using cheats.)

"Here, you will have to use Force push to get to the other side of the wall."

―Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy (Kyle Katarn)

"Okay...To get to the next area, you must pull a lever somewhere in the room. But you can't reach the lever with your hands. Remember to examine the enviroment carefully."

Here Jaden uses the force to unleash a blast of energy at the Kyle Katarn clone - Runner.

"The clone’s wild, bloodshot eyes widened when he saw Jaden. Jaden took advantage of the clone’s surprise. He drew on the Force, extended a hand, and struck the clone with a blast of concussive energy so strong it blew the clone back down the stairs and drove him into the floor. The clone lay there, dazed."

―Star Wars: Riptide

Jaden uses the force to unleash a powerful blast on his clone.

"Battle cleared the surprise from Jaden’s mind, and the moment the clone’s feet touchedthe ground, Jaden unleashed a blast of power designed to slam him into the wall.

―Star Wars: Riptide

Jaden and his clone - Soldier, who is considered to be the success and prime of the clones, hold each other at bay.

"The clone snarled, held up a hand, palm outward, and met Jaden’s blast with his own. Power pressed against power and Jaden and the clone eyed each other across the landing, jaws fixed, eyes locked, neither gaining the advantage."

―Star Wars: Riptide

Before we continue on to the next scene, i would like to showcase Runner's - Kyle Katarn's clone, destructive capabilities with Telekinesis.

"Soldier felt Runner’s anger spike.

“Don’t,” he said, and reached back to grab Runner’s arm, but it was too late.

Runner made a sweeping gesture with one hand, and the Weequay’s speeder looked as if it had been hit broadside with an enormous wave. It teetered on its side and slid across the street, onto the sidewalk, crushing several pedestrians, and into an adjacent building. Metal shrieked and bent. Glass shattered. The building half-collapsed with an angry rumble. One of the Weequay’s speeder’s engines sputtered and burst into flames. Black smoke poured into the air."

―Star Wars: Riptide

He - Runner, is also able to devastate a hospital with a powerful force wave.

“Enough of this,” Runner said. He shoved Soldier to the side, the anger bleeding from him. He held out his hands and unleashed a blast of energy that went before him in a wide arc. The triage area virtually exploded. Beds overturned; overhead lights shattered, raining glass; medical equipment toppled; and two dozen bodies—patients, security guards, doctors, and nurses, including those whose minds Soldier had bent to his will—flew across the room and slammed into the far wall. Bones shattered.

Before them, the pile of bodies, bedding, and machinery looked like the aftermath of a bomb blast. The lift doors were crumpled on their mounts; the lift control panel was shattered and spitting sparks. The alarms from medical equipment beeped plaintively. Moans and screams sounded from the wounded."

―Star Wars: Riptide

With this in mind, let us continue with the next scene. Here, Jaden, is able to withstand the combined might of Soldier and Runner Telekinetic strength and succeeds in holding them at bay.

"On the stairway above him and to his left, Jaden saw the clone he had dazed rise to his feet and shake his head, growling. His angry eyes fixed on Jaden. He gestured with both hands, and sent a burst of power at the Jedi.

Jaden held out his left hand—his maimed hand—at the last moment, intercepted the blast, and answered with his own power. The clone’s push caused him to stagger, but he nested himself in the Force and stood his ground against both clones. He held his hands out, the clones’ power pressing at him from right angles. The yellow line of his lightsaber, which he still held in his left had, sizzled before his eyes. The effort squeezed sweat from him, taxed mind and body. He took a step back, another, and found himself pressed against the wall. He could not hold out for long."

―Star Wars: Riptide

Here despite matching them, Jaden begins to fall, but draws on a reserve of power that allows him to maintain his deadlock with the clones that is only broken when the Lumiya - clone joins the fray

"The female clone stared at him, a strange smile on her face. Her strong jaw and almond-shaped eyes clicked in Jaden’s memory and he recognized her as a clone of the Dark Jedi Lumiya. Her baldness had thrown him at first. The child, her face dirty, her long red hair matted, did not move at all.

“What do you want?” Jaden asked through gritted teeth.

“To go home,” the Lumiya-clone said.

“I can’t allow that,” Jaden said.

Her smile deepened. “You cannot stop us. No one can. Mother has called.”

As one, the two male clones took a step toward Jaden, their power pressing against him. He fell to one knee, grunting against their onslaught, barely holding on.

They took another step and he fell to both knees.

The larger of the two grinned. Jaden recognized him now, behind the beard and hair. He was a clone of Jaden’s Master, Kyle Katarn. Anger poured off both clones, anger born of years of frustration and mistreatment. It hit Jaden like a hailstorm. His elbows bent. He was failing, failing.

But he refused to give in.

He grunted, summoned a reserve of strength, extended his arms fully, pushed back against the clones, stood up, and held his ground.

“I won’t let you pass,” he grunted. “I can’t.”

His words erased the smile on the Lumiya-clone’s face. She shrieked, her calm façade shattering under the sudden expression of her rage. Power went forth from her, joined that of the other two clones, and slammed him against the wall."

―Star Wars: Riptide

Here, while in a hardsuit and while in space, Jaden graps a escape pod with the force and pulls it towards to him.

"Power filled Jaden, and with it he reached out for Khedryn’s pod, roped it with his mind, and yanked it hard toward him. Despite his use of the Force, the differential mass between his body and the escape pod did not allow for a clean pull. His movement toward the pod increased even as the pod sped more rapidly toward him."

―Star Wars: Riptide

Here while maneuvering himself in space, Jaden is still holding on to the escape with the force.

"Jaden, still holding the pod with the Force, slammed hard into it feetfirst. He grabbed at a protuberance—a comm antenna—with his free hand just as the scout ship fired."

―Star Wars: Riptide

In this scene Jaden uses the force to assist the escape pods engine thruster in order for he and the escape pod to quickly dodge an incoming ship

"Straddling the pod, Jaden pushed with the Force against the oncoming ship, the pressure assisting the pod’s thrusters. He crouched low as the scout ship wheeled over and past them, so close he could have touched it with his fingertips. The ship continued its trajectory and velocity, not turning around, heading into the deep system. Perhaps the blasters had damaged its controls. Or perhaps killed the pilot."

―Star Wars: Riptide

Here while aboard a Rakatan/Celestial station, Jaden and his Apprentice, fend off an attack from undead creatures being manipulated by the Station by using explosive telekinetic blasts.

"Jaden fell into the Force as they approached. He unleashed a blast of power that struck the leading corpses and they exploded in a shower of bone and dried flesh."

―Star Wars: Riptide

"Again Jaden unleashed a blast, again destroying corpses by the dozens. And then the dead were upon them: empty eyes, clawed fingers, teeth, and the swirl of dark-side energy that animated them."

―Star Wars: Riptide

"Jaden decapitated a corpse and loosed a blast of energy that exploded another five."

―Star Wars Riptide

Before we continue, i'd like to point out the power that the entity known as "Mother" possesses, she is said to "pour dark side energy" and all of the clones - excluding Soldier, worship her as a deity. She succeeds in manipulating the Lumiya-Clone and possesses the clone's body she then proceeds to attack Korr and his allies.

"Her torso and hairless head were pale and bloated, like a drowned corpse’s. Veins and arteries stood out so prominently from her skin that they looked as if they might soon burst. They glowed with light the same way the filaments in the walls glowed.

A nest of filaments wrapped her entirely from the waist down. If she still had legs, Jaden could not see them. She looked like a demon, a half-serpent born of the dark side and Rakatan technology.

A cocoon of energy surrounded her body and leaked in blue bolts from her eyes and fingertips. She focused her gaze, and the weight of her regard caused Jaden to take a half-step back. The power she embodied staggered him."

―Star Wars Riptide

With that in mind, let us move on, here Jaden uses unleashed a blast of power and forces "Mother" to drop his apprentice, Marr Idi Shel.

"Jaden fell fully into the Force, gestured with outstretched arms and two flattened palms at Mother, and unleashed a blast of power. The energy struck her full in the side, blowing her a meter sidewise and causing her to release Marr, who fell to the floor"

―Star Wars: Riptide

Here Jaden uses the force to hold a door shut and keep "Mother" from entering the chamber.

“Get in and go,” Jaden said. He used the Force to pull the door to the chamber closed and, holding it, backed up toward one of the control panels. Soldier scooped Grace up in his arms; the control panel’s light scanned them both, the tube extended, adjusted its size, and up they went. Marr followed.

―Star Wars: Riptide

"Mother slammed against the outer door. Her power drove Jaden a step backward, but he held the doors closed. Mother screamed again, a sound rich with hate, frustration, rage. The doors began to bulge inward."

―Star Wars: Riptide

Here Jaden attempts to stall "Mother" by closing another door with the force.

"He fell into the Force, gestured, and pulled the door nearest them closed."

―Star Wars: Riptide

Force Repulse

Here Jaden uses Force Repulse - a power made famous by Starkiller/Galen Marek - to break free from the grip of "Mother"

"Despite his pain, he drew on the Force and let power explode outward from him. It freed him from her grasp and he flipped as he fell. He hit the floor on his feet, crouched, and exploded into a leap toward her, his lightsaber held high."

―Star Wars: Riptide

Force Lightning

Jaden is a adept user of Force lightning, however it should be noted that his lightning seems to be very unstable.

He used the Force to augment a backward leap, flipping in midair, and landed on his feet three meters behind Lassin, a fellow Jedi Knight who should have been dead, who had died soon after the Ragnos crisis. Lassin's voice unmoored him from his calm, and Force lightning, blue and baleful, came unbidden and crackled on his fingertips…

He saw nothing.

The hairs on Jaden's neck rose. He stared at his hand, the blue discharge of his fingertips. With an effort of will, he quelled it.

and In his fight with the Kam Solusar clone - Alpha. Jaden unleashes a force lightning that explodes from his hands.

"The realization summoned something from deep within the dark crevices of his mind where he kept secrets even from himself. Force lightning exploded from his hand, squeezed out by the exigency of his circumstances. The blue lines spiraled around the clone's hand and lightsaber.

The clone gasped with surprise, loosened his grip, disengaged. Jaden gulped a lungful of air while the darkness within him swelled and the outburst of Force lightning intensified. Jaden knew that fear had unlocked the darkest part of himself, knew, too, that he could free that part, surrender to it, and save his body while destroying himself."

―Star Wars: Crosscurrent

Force Speed

Jaden is a exceptional and talented user of Force Speed using it in and out of combat.

"You can use the Force to speed up, both physically and mentally, allowing you more time to make decisions."

―Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy(Kyle Katarn)

No Caption Provided

Here Jaden augments his speed with the force during his battle with the Jedi master, Relin.

"Stay back," Jaden said to Khedryn. He augmented his speed with the Force and rushed forward,"

―Star Wars: Riptide

Jaden utilizes for speed to slow his decent.

"He used the Force to slow his descent and grabbed the fourth-floor railing as he fell.

"He augmented his speed with the Force and reached the door to the west stairwell just after Marr reached the east."

―Star Wars: Riptide

Here Jaden uses the force to better see the blaster fire from a Scout Flyer ship.

"He fell into the Force as the scout ship’s wings flared and the weapons fired. To him, events seemed to slow. The lines of the ship’s lasers extended outward from its guns, slowly reaching across space, crayon lines drawn by an invisiblechild."

―Star Wars:Riptide

Force Sense/Precognition

Jaden's Force-enhanced senses are very potent, being able sense someone who is far away from him to someone who is actively screening their presence.

"Solutions to problems aren't always obvious. Use your Force sense to see if you can find a way out."

―Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy(Kyle Katarn)

No Caption Provided

Here despite having a "attenuated" connection with the force due to his doubt, Jaden is still able to sense others around him

"he reached out with his Force sense through the fog of his benighted sensitivity, trying to feel the world around him indirectly. Through the dull operation of his expanded consciousness he sensed something…

There were others there with him, out in the darkness.

Several others.

He sharpened his concentration and the tang of the dark side teased his perception-Sith."

―Star Wars: Crosscurrent

Jaden discovers the true nature of what he was witnessing - while he was still having the vision.

"It registered with him then. He was dreaming. The Force was speaking to him. He should have realized it sooner.

The revelation stilled the world. The wind fell silent and the air cleared of ice."

―Star Wars: Crosscurrent

and again when he comes back to reality

"But Jaden knew it had not been a dream. It had been a Force vision."

―Star Wars: Crosscurrent

He is able to sense the true side of the spirits in his visions.

"His Force sense perceived them for what they were-the dark side reified. "

―Star Wars: Crosscurrent

Here Jaden is able to send the Anzat Assassin Kell Douro, who is able to move as if he were invisible.

"The Bothan musicians built their song to a climax, staring at and past Kell without seeing him. Kell allowed his perception to see fate lines as the Bothan music died. The room became a net of glowing tethers, but Kell had eyes only for the tendrils of red and green that spiraled around the gray-eyed Jedi.

He wound through the crowd, almost invisible to those in The Hole. Perhaps someone saw him for a moment, but he flickered in and out of perception with such smoothness that they probably registered him only out of the corner of an eye, as a fleeting shadow.

Or a ghost."

―Star Wars: Crosscurrent

however Jaden's enhanced force senses allow him to sense the assassin.

"Korr cocked his head, turned. Unready for the sudden spotlight of the Jedi's Force-enhanced awareness, Kell's perception screens failed him."

―Star Wars: Crosscurrent

In this scene Jaden uses the force to evaluate the alignment of the Jedi Relin and Senses that the Jedi master is doing the same.

"He felt the man testing his Force presence, as Jaden did the same to him.

Instead of the bitter tang of a Sith, he felt the kindred nature of an advanced light-side user, perhaps polluted a bit by anger, but definitely a light-side user. No doubt the intruder felt something similar from Jaden, though Jaden knew it was doubt and not anger that infected him."

―Star Wars: Crosscurrent

Here Jaden uses the force to sense the corrupted and dark presence of a nearby force user and succeeds.

"Jaden stared at the hatch a long while, rooted to the last stair. Moving from it seemed a fateful step, a portentous act. Holding his ground, he again reached out through the Force, feeling for the presence of any nearby Force-users.

Making contact almost instantly, he winced at the bitter recoil caused by the touch of a dark sider-but not a pure dark sider. Jaden felt the dark side as though it were adulterated with… something else, the same way his own signature was that of a light-side user adulterated with… something else.

Sentience curses us with a desire to categorize.

He looked down at his hand as if it were a thing apart from him, a piece of him that had betrayed the rest and thereby corrupted the whole. Tiny streamers of Force lightning curled around the glow rod, twisting like things alive.

The regard of the Force-user on the other side of the hatch fixed on him. The mental touch felt as greasy as the air, just as infected with putrescence."

―Star Wars: Crosscurrent

Here despite being several kilometers away from where Marr Idi-Shel and the fact that the dark side energy of the Lignan Ore was still present, Jaden is still able to sense his friend - who was Kilometers away since he was flying a ship.

"Jaden reached out with the Force, felt Marr's faint Force presence, felt, too, that the Cerean was near death."

―Star Wars: Crosscurrent

Here despite the Umbaran Nyss's ability to disrupt the connection of force users and the fact that he was able to enter a room without Darth Wrrylock(The first) sensing him or his sister, Jaden is still able to sense him, though he mistakenly think that this is associated with the clones.

"He caught a peculiar ripple in the Force, an odd twinge, but it passed instantly. He looked around, saw nothing, and assumed it had something to do with the clones. He switched channels on his comlink and raised R-6."

―Star Wars: Riptide

Here, Jaden demonstrates himself to be capable of sensing beings from a incredibly long distance.

"Marr assisted Jaden up the stairs until they reached the roof. The access door had been knocked from its mounting and lay on the landing pad. The supply ship was already one hundred meters off the deck. Police swoops buzzed around it like sand flies, but they could do nothing to slow its ascent.

Burning wreckage lay near a stack of shipping containers, spitting a gout of black smoke into the sky. Pieces of one or more droids lay near where the supply ship had been docked. The rest of the loading droids stood aimlessly near the handful of shippingcontainers they’d unloaded before the supply ship launched. Junker sat on the pad, her landing ramp open.

Jaden stared up at the rising ship, concentrated, felt the dark-side signatures of the clones aboard."

―Star Wars: Riptide

In this scene, Jaden is able to immediately recognize in which escape pod his ally is in,

"Static barked in Jaden’s ear as a signal cut into their frequency. Khedryn’s voice echoed in Jaden’s helmet, carried across kilometers of space.

“Jaden? Marr?”

“Khedryn!” Marr said.

Khedryn said, “The clones are back in control of the supply ship! I’m in the escape pod.”

“How?” Marr asked.

“Which pod?” Jaden asked.

“Which pod? There’s another?” Khedryn asked. “The Umbaran must be in it. He fled the ship, too, when the clones took back control.”

“You’re in the pod that launched first,” Jaden said."

―Star Wars: Riptide

Combat Skills

Given his tendency for acrobatics, quick-counters, blaster re-direction, balanced combative prowess, power blows and given that who his Master was, Jaden is without a doubt a practitioner of the three Lightsaber styles of the Jedi order. For a more in depth analysis go Here

Jaden defeats spirit of Marka Ragnos, a powerful Sith lord who ruled over the sith for over a century and before his death, he was considered to be tremendously powerful both physically and in the Force, when he died, it was stated that the golden age of the sith had died shortly after his death. Years later Marka Ragnos was successfully revived by the Dark Jedi master,Tavion Axmis, The dark lord then possessed her body and fought against Jaden in his tomb on the planet Korriban. In the end, Jaden emerged victorious and successfully put and end to The disciples of Ragnos, The imperial remnant, Tavion and Marka Ragnos himself.

"An apprentice of the Dark Jedi Desann who challenged Luke Skywalker's Jedi academy after the Battle of Endor. Kyle Katarn defeated her in a lightsaber duel but chose to spare her life, demonstrating his adherence to the light side of the Force. Shamed by her defeat, she went into hiding and emerged some time later as part of the Disciples of Ragnos. The Twi'lek Alora served as her student. Jedi student Jaden Korr confronted Axmis on Korriban, where she had used an ancient Sith artifact to reawaken the spirit of Marka Ragnos. Briefly possessed by Ragnos, Axmis wielded incredible power, yet she was still defeated by Korr."

- Star Wars: Databanks:Tavion Axmis

Jaden defeats the famous and extremely dangerous Bounty Hunter, Boba Fett. A man who fought against Darth Vader and survived. Jaden proves to be a formidable opponent for Boba Fett and forces the great Bounty Hunter to retreat, this earns Jaden the praise of his master, Kyle Katarn.

"So you[Jaden] met Boba Fett? I'm impressed! I ran into him once myself back on Corusant, just barely got out alive. Not someone you want as an enemy, but, well ... I guess we have that in common now."

―Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Jedi academy(Kyle Katarn)

Skip to 5:43(My apologies for the quality of the video)

After going through the entire Taspir III base, dueling against multiple Reborn Jedi, Empowered cultists and infantry as well as advanced troopers such as Hazard troopers. Jaden faces the Dark Jedi, Alora and defeats her. showcasing his prowess with the Fast Style form and his adherence to the Jedi code and the lightside of the force.

After fighting through multiple stormtroopers, cultist and reborn along side his master on Vjun. Jaden and Kyle finally enter Bast Castle, but due to a turn of events, which causes the pair to become seperated, Jaden is forced to proceed on to Bast castle alone, where Jaden finds and defeats Rosh Penin, a friend and fellow padawan while he[Rosh] was being rejuvenated and amplified by The Kathos Twins, two of Tavion's top men.

"During the rise of the Cult of Ragnos -- a secret sect of dark side worshippers who were tapping nexuses of Force energy in a bid to resurrect an ancient Sith Lord -- New Republic Jedi agents Kyle Katarn and Jaden Korr discovered and chased away cultists targeting Vjun."

― Star Wars Databanks: Vjun

During his initial reconnaissance mission to Hoth, Jaden fought through a great number of Stormtroopers, eventually defeating one of the cultists and the Dark Jedi apprentice, Alora. Tavion's apprentice and second in command.

"Ah. You must be the saber-wielding troublemaker who neutralized our perimeter guard. Are the jedi spread so thin that Skywalker sends children to battle the disciples of Ragnos?"

-- Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy(Alora)

Jaden fights against the clone of Kam Solusar - Alpha and holds his own, despite having a "benighted" force sensitivity.

(Note: It should be noted that Jaden considers alpha to be much bigger and physically stronger than the original Kam Solusar, this coupled with Alpha's force augmented strength, leads to Jaden's downfall)

"You have come to pay homage to Mother," said a voice, a dry, rough version of Kam Solusar's voice.

A figure stepped from the darkness on the far side of the chamber. Shaggy white hair-the color of Master Solusar's-hung loose almost to the clone's waist. Most of his features, too, reminded Jaden of Kam-the high forehead, angled cheeks-but not the eyes. The clone's eyes were as dark and lifeless as pools of stagnant water.

"Kam Solusar," Jaden said, the words slipping free before he could stop them.

The clone sneered, and in that expression lost any resemblance to Master Solusar, who so often wore a smile.

"I do not know that name," the clone said. "I am Alpha."

Alpha wore mismatched attire: clothing salvaged from the facility, bits of stormtrooper armor on both shoulders, the forearms, and the hands, and a rough, handmade cloak fashioned from the hide of some creature that must have lived under the ice in the moon's seas. In the clone's movements, Jaden caught the suggestion of an imposing physicality, controlled savagery. He looked larger than Kam, more there.

Jaden cleared his throat, stepped forward. He lowered his lightsaber but did not deactivate it. "I have come here to… help you."

The clone held his sneer. "We require no help from you. Only the ship that brought you."

"We?"

"Are you Jedi or Sith?"

Jaden took a half step sideways, as if to avoid the ugly import of the question. He reached the edge of the cloning cylinder and winced when he saw within it.

Bodies lay piled in a grotesque heap, a tangle of decayed limbs, torsos, heads, and tattered clothing-a compost heap of butchery. Empty eye sockets stared up at Jaden. Age-ruined lips showed teeth bared in snarls.

"Beautiful, is it not?" asked the Kamclone. "Mother is where life begins and ends."

The stink caused Jaden's eyes to water. He guessed that almost every person in the facility had ended up inside the cylinder, inside Mother.

Fighting down his disgust, he asked, "How many are you? How many survived?"

"How many of them?" the clone said, and a knowing malice slinked into his dead eyes. "Or us?"

The clone stepped to the edge of Mother and started walking the circumference of the cylinder toward Jaden.

Instinctually, Jaden walked the circumference in the same direction, away from the clone, the two of them pacing the face of a chrono, keeping time under the shadow of the inevitable.

The clone nodded at the cylinder, an insane reverence smoothing his expression. "We return here from time to time to thank Mother for our lives. She can create it from the root of a hair, Dr. Green once told me. You were right, Dr. Green," he said to one of the corpses.

Jaden felt entirely exposed. More of them could appear at any moment. He reached out with the Force. He perceived no one else, but it was possible they could screen their presences.

They continued their circling, the pace quickening. Jaden knew what must come but he delayed it, discontented with the realization that all he had endured, all he had asked others to endure, had resulted in no answers. The clones had showed him nothing. The Kamclone was mad. Perhaps they all were. Perhaps he himself was, too.

"Why do you walk away from me?" the Kamclone said.

"Because it does not have to be this way."

"It does," the clone said, his right hand twitching. "Mother is hungry."

Jaden stopped pacing, and his abrupt stop seemed to take the clone by surprise. "I cannot help you," he said.

"You can," the clone said, also stopping. "And you will. You will give us your ship."

"No."

From under his cloak, the clone drew his lightsaber and activated it. A long, unstable red blade cut the shadows, spitting angry sparks.

The clone's facade ran like candle wax, the heat of his rage melting the calm mask of his expression to reveal the savagery beneath. Eyes narrowed, teeth bared, he snarled… and in the sound Jaden heard the violent nature that had slaughtered hundreds of people and thrown their corpses into a cloning pit turned mass grave.

"Mother is hungry!"

Jaden prepared himself, sank into the calm of the Force.

The clone ran one way around the pit and Jaden ran the opposite. They met after fifteen strides, still on Mother's edge, both lightsabers humming. Jaden ducked low under the clone's decapitating cross-stroke and stabbed at his abdomen.

The clone reverse-backflipped, balancing on the pit's edge, then immediately charged Jaden again. He feinted low and unleashed a vicious overhand blow, then another, and another. Jaden parried each one, but the blows began to numb his arms. He let the Force soothe his muscles and augment his strength, and answered with a flurry of blows of his own.

The clone gave no ground, and Jaden could not penetrate his defenses. They crossed blades at the chest, weapons sizzling, the sparks from the clone's blade searing scorch marks into Jaden's suit. The clone grunted, shoved Jaden two meters backward, and lunged after him.

Jaden leapt over his head, flipping, his blade slashing down as he flew over the clone, but the clone parried. Jaden landed on his feet on the edge of the pit and the clone was upon him, forcing his lightsaber high and landing a Force-augmented kick in his chest. Ribs snapped and Jaden staggered backward.

Following up on the opening, the clone leapt forward and cross-cut Jaden at the knees. Jaden leapt over the slash, used an overcut to drive the clone's blade into the deck, where it threw up a shower of sparks. Jaden spun, and angled a reverse-cross-cut for the clone's head.

The clone lurched backward but the tip of Jaden's blade opened a gash in his throat. Staggered, gasping, the clone swung wildly with his lightsaber while unleashing a telekinetic blast against Jaden's chest.

Jaden used the Force to deaden the blow, but his broken ribs ground against one another and he hissed with pain. By now the clone had recovered enough to charge. He attacked high, low, overhand, cross-cuts, Jaden parried them all while backing off. The clone did not relent, pressing Jaden further, faster. Jaden answered where he could but the clone's blade seemed everywhere. Jaden parried left, right, again, again, until he felt a sharp, stinging sensation and both his lightsaber and three fingers went flying off into the darkness.

A side kick from the clone ruined his already broken ribs and sent him down into Mother. He fell amid the corpses, swimming in the gore, feeling as if dead hands were clutching at him. Stinking, wet fluid soaked him. Before he could sit up, the clone leapt into the pit after him and landed on his feet with his legs to either side of Jaden. Jaden could not see the Kamclone's face, could see only the sparking line of his red lightsaber held high for a killing stroke. Jaden focused his mind on the blade as it came down. He threw up an arm, grabbed the clone's wrist, and steered the blade wide."

Here, Jaden is able to deflect the cannon fire a ship while in space. Displaying his talent with the Fast Style of the New Jedi order

"In the Force, he sensed the trajectory of the blasts, the line of their approach. His lightsaber spun through space, the Force-augmented motion stressing the hardsuit. The shots slammed into the yellow line of his blade, and he deflected them back at the ship’s cockpit. They split the space between them and knifed into the cockpit, which exploded into flame. The scout ship, bleeding smoke, streaked toward the pod."

Jaden stalemates with the injured Jedi Master Relin.

Khedryn did not hesitate and fired a series of blaster shots. The intruder's lightsaber turned from line to blurred circle as he weaved a defense that deflected each shot into the bulkheads.

"Stay back," Jaden said to Khedryn. He augmented his speed with the Force and rushed forward, feinting high and stabbing low.

Parrying the low stab as he sidestepped, the intruder spun into a reverse strike at Jaden's head. Jaden interposed his blade, met the man's hard eyes through the transparisteel of his helmet, and put a Force-augmented kick into his abdomen.

The impact slammed the intruder into the wall, elicited a wince and a grunt of pain. He doubled over for a moment, favoring his side. Taking advantage of the opening, Jaden unleashed an overhand slash, but the man spun aside and Jaden's blade cut a black groove in the bulkhead.

Jaden backflipped high into the air to avoid the intruder's reverse backslash and landed on the other side of the corridor, three meters away, trapping the intruder between Jaden on the one side and Khedryn on the other.

Jaden could not quite place the man's fighting style. He had seen nothing like it before."

Here Jaden defeats the Umbaran Assassin who has the ability suppress the force connections of force users and short circuit lightsabers. Jaden defeats the assassin in hand to hand combat.

"The blade struck him in the bicep, slit skin and muscle, and scraped against bone. The pain shocked him, and blood, warm and sticky, poured from the gash.

The Umbaran kicked Marr in the head, causing the Cerean to go limp and then bounded at Jaden. Jaden pulled the knife from his bicep and readied himself.

The Umbaran came at him in a frenzy, all knees and fists, a swirl of motion and gauzy darkness. Jaden sidestepped a punch for his throat and stabbed at the Umbaran with the vibroblade. The blade nicked the Umbaran’s side, but barely, and he spun, locking Jaden’s arm under his armpit and wrenching his wrist. Pain ran the length of Jaden’s forearm and the vibroblade fell from his hand.

Grunting, the Umbaran threw a reverse elbow and caught Jaden in the cheek. Jaden staggered, but managed to wrest his arm free and loose a wild punch at the Umbaran’s jaw.

The Umbaran ducked under it and tripped Jaden with a leg sweep. Jaden hit the ground, rolled into a backflip, and regained his feet, then retreated as the Umbaran loosed a flurry of punches and kicks. Jaden backed up, blocking, ducking, counterattacking where he could.

Blood poured from his arm. He was weakening, slowing, and the Umbaran must have known it. The Umbaran left off his attack and circled, playing for time.

“I wanted to spill your blood,” he said. “For my sister I wanted that. But now …”

The Umbaran relaxed, then spoke a phrase in a language Jaden did not understand. He eyed Jaden as if expecting the words to have some effect on him, as if they were a magic incantation. The Umbaran’s eyes widened when Jaden apparently did not respond as he expected.

“How can—”

Seeing an opportunity, Jaden charged, leading with a series of spinning kicks that the Umbaran blocked but which allowed Jaden to take the initiative. Unleashing a spinning back punch, he caught the Umbaran on the cheek, staggering him. Jaden ducked under the Umbaran’s wild counterpunch, and launched an uppercut into his midsection. The blow doubled the Umbaran over and Jaden put a knee into his face.

The Umbaran crumpled to the ground on his backside, but his dazed eyes remained open and he held his hands awkwardly before him in a defensive posture. Jaden did not hesitate. He leapt atop the Umbaran and squirmed around him until he had him straddled from behind. There, he closed his forearms around the Umbaran’s throat and began to squeeze.

The Umbaran clawed at Jaden’s hands, flailed his legs, but to no avail. He died in seconds."
