Whether good or bad these technologically altered characters are among us. I will compile a list of them to show the world these people or people like mechanical organisms are just like us...but may have built-in lasers, guns, missiles, jet packs, super strength and wi-fi, but that is OK. These people may range from an entire robot to only a robotic pinky, help me out by suggesting names of our technologically enhanced brethren.
Well the name, gun arm and glowing eye kind of say it all.
Forge is not only a technopath and great inventer but he is also part machine he has a robotic leg and hand.
Vision is a synthezoid which I guess makes him a robot, but a little different since he has Wonder Mans brain pattern...but not a brain. He was married to the Scarlett Witch, which makes me wonder does he have a robo penis or what?
He is both a robot and a cyborg, yea try rapping your head around that! Originally just a really smart but sick kid controlling a robot with his mind and after awhile and a new human body he still controls a robot with his brain but also uses a robo-suit to fight bad guys.
Though his namesake leads you to believe he's a robot but Mr. Cliff Steele is actually a cyborg. Though his original body was destroyed his brain was housed inside a robotic body by a "caring" Scientist/Doctor.
Oh Jimmy Hammond, such a courageous hero, warrior and Android. Though this classic hero appears human (even aging, bleeding and a personality all his own)he was actually created in a lab.
Machine Man aka X-51 aka Aaron Stark is an actual robot. He was raised by Dr.Abel Stack who treated X-51 as if he were his own son.
Ultron is a super evil robot that has been a constant thorn in the sides of the Avengers and many others and he's a dick.
Oh, Victor he was meant to be bad but he is just a nice ole cyborg. Ultron instilled within him electromagnetic powers, super-strength, genius level I.Q and healing nanites,he created him in order to destroy the Avengers from the inside out (long, dumb plan), luckily the Runaways intervened and took him in as one of their own. He's cool trust me.
The sentient robot Stel is a valued veteran Green Lantern member. He like the rest of his species from planet Grenda are robots capable self-awareness and emotions.
If you don't know how or why he he received a robotic hand, shame on you...now go watch The Empire Strikes Back if you don't know what that is you are truly hopeless.
His name is CYBORG Superman for a reason. Other than half his face and his left hand it's hard to tell whats robotic and whats not.Since he has Kryptonian D.N.A he has many of Superman's attributes: super-strength, flight, super hearing and his vision abilities.
So he is both a robot and a cyborg sort of...originally just a device and source of the Fortress of Solitude but he eventually became a "genetic replica of Superman" but still had a computer brain without emotion. He eventually went robotic again and fused with cancer stricken Dr. David Conner making him a cyborg with a computer brain and emotions.
Thanks to a beating from Thragg (look him up) Oliver was left jaw-less and without a left arm, but luckily the Coalition of Planets hooked him up with a new robo-jaw and new robo-arm.
Conquest is a ridiculously strong Viltrumite jerk.He is kind of a cyborg because he has a badass robotic forearm.
Bill was deemed worthy to be his planets protector so his people laced him with robotic enhancements making him a force to be reckoned with. Not only is he a powerful cyborg but he is worthy of wielding Mjolnir, the hammer of Thor, Bill was actually bestowed his own Asgardian hammer by non-other than Odin.
Cap's classic sidekick seemingly came back from the dead a few years ago. Now known as the Winter Soldier Bucky still remains an incredibly agile, highly skilled hand-to-hand combatant, weapons expert but with a bad ass cybernetic left arm.
I like this guy even though he is normally a bad guy, a very bad guy. He has quite a colorful history with Deadpool, Cable, Six Pack, Weapon X and other not so good people and organizations. Its easy to see Kane is more machine than man. His cybernetic enhancements are not only his limbs and eyes; he has the standard super-strength, self-repairing cybernetics/healing factor, his "arms" both house and transform into blades and guns/blasters/cannons of many types that can do many things: shoot lasers, bullets, missiles/other stuff that explodes, freeze stuff, really loud sonic stuff, his legs allow him to run fast, jump high and probably other stuff.
Steve Austin was rebuilt, better faster and stronger. Originally the 6 million dollar man (probably a bit more expensive now though)he has robo arms, legs, eyes and whatever else.
The Bionic lady just so happens to be the bionic guys girlfriend but she has the same enhancements so she is like the bionic man but with boobs.
Danger was once the X-Men's training room, the Danger Room, she gained sentience became a villain, then a warden then a member of the Extinction team. For a computer with a body she has led quite a life.
Another lady Wolverine pissed off, though she was mad enough to become a cyborg samurai assassin hell bent on killing Wolverine. Through science and magic her skeleton was infused with adamantium, huge claws and other robo enhancements.
A cray lady who became a crazy gun toting cyborg. You know the usual robo limbs but with guns built in.
OK this fella is simple yet complicated, in my opinion. He was a super powerful alien warrior from Khera who became a legend among his people Long story short Yon Kohl became the hero John Colt of Earth. After sacrificing himself to save Earth, Emp transferred his personality and such into a powerful robotic body possessing super-human strength, durability, speed and senses he can also interface with technology, shoot powerful energy blasts and fly. He's pretty effing awesome.
Poor Karima didn't know she was a bad ass cyborg until later in life. She is a human fused with Sentinel technology giving her (beside the usual super strength, speed, senses and self-repair) an array of weapons housed within her entire body.
RoboCop, once known as Alex Murphy, is a badass cyborg...ROBOTIC COP, get it? He strives to keep the streets of Detroit free of crime.

Karma is a telepathic/psionic mutant that has a long history with the X-Men. During 2nd Coming poor Karma lost a leg....luckily she now has a spiffy robotic leg HOORAY!

This cybernetic/robotic jerk tried obliterating the mutant race and he killed Nightcrawler! This "guy" is an amalgam of both Master Mold and Nimrod...they both really didn't like mutants.
ROBO THOR! Though an actual clone of the mighty Thor he was infused with Stark tech to control him. His hammer can be controlled and guided with his software.
Look at him, he's half robot. He can probably do all kinds of extra stuff with the robot-parts.
It's a robo-Russian! This guy originally gave Batman a run for his money. Yea he actually proved to be challenge for Batman. This guy is quite formidable due to cybernetic enhancements courtesy of mother Russia but he also is a keen tactician and he has a GUN HAND!
