Vergil should win. This site is also full of idiots who either spread false information or use fan made theories to lowball capcom chars especially when it comes to DMC which is a game that a lot of people are notoriously bad at. I once saw somebody say that Dante was island level. Dante has destroyed an entire universe and also collapsed the entire underworld several times. Jedah is powerful too but Dante has beaten the prince of darkness and Vergil is equal to him now. He is way more powerful than he was in DMC1. Trunks is also not beating Dante either. In fact Dante negs all of db kind actually. Db fans can go cry me a river.

@damienwayne1: i also don’t believe you played Devil may cry at all. Vergil’s existence alone caused a spacial fracture and vergil has been ripping and slashing through dimensions since dmc3. Learn your sh** kiddo

@damienwayne1: you suck at devil may cry. Dante destroyed a universe in dmc1. I would probably have a good laugh watching you get smacked around by basic enemies. Most of the scrubs here who say this are absolute garbage at dmc

@thewatcherking: instead of spewing out nonsense why don’t you actually play the games of the characters you’re debating against? Dante is capable of blocking and negating anything in his universe. Even from multiversal demons like urizen. He also destroyed a universe in DMC1 as confirmed by the creator. Dante stomps and has shown resistance to elemental electricity since dmc3. He even uses it in his fighting styles so I doubt there is anything flash can do to hurt him. As for speed… Dante is easily faster than light and capable of thrusting his sword, punching, and kicking at the very least of 1 million times in the span of only a few seconds. Speed is the only thing flash even has going for him and Dante has him beat in that department and everything else imaginable. Dante stomps

oh my mistake. my bad for not noticing that. Ryu has many feats such as Deflecting bullets and blasts. Teleportation, and he completely disintegrated a cyborg in Alpha with ease. hes pretty tough though. akuma on the other hand has not only bursted an island but he also busted a meteor before it hit earth. also if you look in the top left of the scan it appears to be larger than earth.

And not only has he gone head to head with akuma but he also fought asura and got shoryukened to the moon. so yes this is a definite stomp

@jmarshmallow: vid above. ryu is capable of creating blackholes enough said. his eraser beam and aura smash is simply too much. and attack of ryu in base form will 1 solo the entire tekken verse.

@kuja9001: bangle of time IS canon as it is in the First game. anyway in dmc3 Dante is able to Control Time at the snap of a finger but he doesn't exactly have full control over his powers. in Dmc1 he is more fully in control of his abilities so following the time-line yes Dante is better at manipulating time and surpasses sparda who can solo these ninjas in a sneeze. then in DMC4 he is just a complete badass and shows off his regeneration factor a lot and by this time he doesn't even need his Devil trigger against most enemies. and saying that His max block abilities are better than royal guard is void because Royal guard Blocks EVERYTHING allowing dante to take 0 damage everytime.. now in DMC2.... THIS is where dante is invinicible..... in the other games it was all based off his royal guard and he had a regeration factor that was semi instant and could tank mortal wounds with no visible injury such as getting cut in half... but in dmc2 dante's majin form is invinicible and after this no attack will work on him... Dante has all surpassed sparda by entire leagues now and has taken on hordes of more powerful demons in the chaos portal than naruto's weak clones that have shown to have the durability of 5-10 hits which would instantly be blinded and disintegrated by dante's million stab. Dreadnaught will also make him invinicible and in the manga he used dreadnaught instead of his raw strength to tank a hit from the savior with no damage at all... so yes dante by then is very invincible and i think he should be banned because he really shouldn't have to be downgraded the way he is...

And also If Dante ever did face asura (because i know hes on darkstalkers levels here.) he could basically royal guard asura's hits and im not saying dante would win either (being that asura has destroyed planets face reality manipulators, time manipulators, and galaxy busters) but with dante in his majin form nothing asura did would work... and asura isnt invincible either hes only immortal but i call that a stalemate with majin on but with majin off... whole different story.

@ghost_rider1: lol your funny... and its funny how you still practically haven't came up with a logical way for naruto to counter quicksilver or the time bangle? Why dont you just admit that dante is the clear winner here? And fine you know what since i know you're gonna say that quicksilver isn't time manipulation then fine... time bangle.. definate time stop right there and naruto gets beheaded in half a second...
