Adamantine

If this metal can survive blows from thor's hammer and if possible made able to bond to logan's bones would it  
make him more dangerious and be able to survive the power of magnetisum >>?

only if its magic qualities prevented it. 
 
we have seen Magneto control Mjonlir, i think Wolverine would still be screwed unless it was specifically enchanted to be immune to magnetism

Adamantium can survive blows from Thor's hammer and is bonded to Logan's bones but its still metal and subject to magnetism. Just because it's durable doesn't mean it isn't affected by fundamental forces. It's like saying 'it's so strong can't it overcome gravity?'

on the flip side it be funny as hell if wolverine had lightning shooting claws and attacks and looked like in the video game

Adamantine is not Adamantium. Adamantium was named after Adimantine. Hercs mace is made from Adamantine.
