Origin
The Salaherians were a race of humanoid aliens that resided on the planet Salaheria. The people possessed natural abilities that made them a highly respected foe across the universe and their advances in technology were unheard of by many. The planet was relocated via wormhole tech developed by the King, Dulahas Tanahanis, after persistent attacks by he Huraak, a parasitic alien race bent on the destruction of the Salaherians for reasons unknown. The planet itself is enhanced with its resident's technology allowing it to remain unseen and undiscovered to invaders or any other life. The prince of Salaheria, Erkhan, was a proud warrior and soon to be the successor of his father. His father had put full faith in him and never doubted him for a second. But the day came when his son's actions would change his the lives of everyone on the planet.
Erkhan was good friends with a fellow Salaherian named Ravin Tull. Ravin was known for being mischievous, but Erkhan stuck by his side hoping to change his ways and or perhaps to feel some level of normalcy for himself. Unbeknownst by the prince, Ravin was in dealings with a group of heretics known as the Children of the Aura, who believe that the aura of light that began the Salaherian existence was in fact a sentient being known as Droll who lurks somewhere in the far reaches of the universe. The opposing theory adapted by all others is that the Sala, the first of their kind fought and cast Droll out by sacrificing himself in a brilliant explosion which spawned their kind.
Ravin had made a deal with the children of the Aura to receive cybernetic upgrades along with immunity when Droll returned in exchange for sacking the kingdom. The Children were skeptical of Ravin's plan until he revealed the he would convince Erkhan to receive the upgrades by telling him that they would allow him to locate the Huraak telepathically and avoid further attacks in a more rapid response. Ravin would then alter Erkhan's wiring to send off a signal to the Huraak. He explained that the signal coupled with the royalty's powerful telepathic powers, would reach the Huraak and send them to destroy the kingdom. The Children would remain in an underground bunker until Droll returned to free them. The Children agreed and Ravin went off to recruit Erkhan. After the attack they had suffered months ago, the prince was quick to accept only to please his father and protect his people.
After the task was complete, Erkhan returned to the palace to display his enhancements. The king was disgusted and accused Erkhan of conspiring with the heretics. While locked away, the beacon was activated by Ravin and the Huraak ships were quickly en route. In a matter of days, the enemy flag ships had arrived, blotting out the sun as they did. The war had begun and kingdom was defenseless. The beacon had not only attracted the Huraak, but also deactivated the Wormhole device. The Salaherians fought gallantly, but it was no use. The Huraak had breached the palace walls and taken over. Millions had died. The King in a final act requested his son before him on the throne. The king was ashamed of Erkhan and called him a heretic and a traitor. In his last act as King, he sent Erkhan off to Earth to seek help, something their people were never known to do. In a flash, the King had him sent away using an upgraded, compact version of the wormhole device to the planet Earth. Upon arrival, Erkhan felt the few lives left among his planet fade away. He currently seeks to redeem himself and gather an army of Earthling powerful enough to take on the Huraak, The Children of the Aura and Eventually Droll.
