@sherlock: Cool. I no longer have an issue with time. It was an interesting plot mechanic I wanted to play with but it is requiring too much participation from the players for some to handle, so I'm nixing it. You will still be affected but time isn't going to be the factor anymore.
@beatboks1: I don't see how the first option was more grueling. You tossed a grenade and cleared the way of any danger. The underlined section does not imply that the platforms can be moved. It only says that they can be destroyed. I.e. Platforms from Mario. You toss a grenade up and all it does is break a hole into that one platform. You can simply AK the platforms above you but the dogs are still able to attack you. While that may not be too much of a threat for characters like yourself, it's much more satisfying for me than you just avoiding the challenges all together. You may be getting more rest this way, but the longer you both are in here, the more you are both fatigued in the next area. Hell fire and all that.
@diredrill: For the purposes of this thread, true and secondary adamantium are indistinguishable. You'll never face someone on Thor or Hulk's level because honestly, it would probably be impossible for you to beat them. Another interesting fact about Vibranium is that when the molecular bonds are broken in it, all the energy stored for previous impacts (or any other energy absorbed) are released explosively. The only exceptions to this rule have been Captain America's shield and vibranium suits (probably because a suit that blows up when breached isn't very awesome). Another relevant piece of information is Beta Adamantium. It's true adamantium but that has been changed by bonding on a molecular level to Wolverine. This affects it by granting it the same healing factor that Wolverine enjoys. How? No clue. But that's what it is. This is relevant because a few users have chosen Wolverine as their power.
@fetts: A joy to read as I expected. The only thing I noticed was you and Sherlock both mentioned being unaffected by the heat. That isn't going to be the case. You both are going to be fine because of your healing factors but you should still be feeling this heat. It's basically hell fire. Goes right through the armor. But it's not a big deal anyway. As I said, your healing factors are going to keep you both in top shape for the next area.
@erik: I have a question. If any of my ninja's perish do I get replacements in the next round (assuming I live through the current one)?
Originally, I didn't have that in mind but it makes sense because those that chose adamantium ammo have infinite. So you will get your 10 ninjas replenished at the beginning of each section. Let me be clear, you do not have to wait until a new round. You get 10 ninjas at the beginning of every area within each round. They don't stack though. 10 is all you get at a time.
@erik: no, but Otto ask himself why Peter did not get adamantium to build his web shooters, but nothing more, but the web shooter were never made
Oh okay. I saw on some Marvel wiki that Superior Spider-Man had adamantium webs, not web shooters. I wouldn't care about adamantium web shooters but adamantium webbing sounded absurd. Glad you cleared that up.
