I have been interested in comics, but sadly don't know any good place to start. I have a few places where I live but there not that great in selection. Is there a awesome site where I can find what I want? Can anyone recommend anything for me to look into? Please don't tell me about anything "superman", I can't stand him.
Why do they insist on making female versions of character. I'm all for girl power but this is getting lame. What guy would want to date a super strong girl, other then weirdos I guess.

First off I am a girl, so don't call me fella (I'm not Meg from Family Guy). I want to thank you all for your post they made me laugh. And "high five" to the guy who replied just to say he hates me.
My likes: Martian Manhunter (if your stupid and didn't get that yet already), Thor, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Dr. Doom, and Mufasa (yes, from Lion King).
Dislikes: Superman, Captain America, She Hulk (bad idea, there can only be one, (hahaha) that's from Highlander, again for those who are stupid)
I would have loved for J'onn J'onzz to be a villain when he found out he wasn't alone and that his people were being tested on.
