Well, I've put together a team of the (arguably) 8 smartest men of the Marvel Universe, with 2 months of prep + their resources and intellects combined I'm pretty sure they can take on anyone.

I believe that being bloodlusted is what really gives Supes the majority, and with 8 hours of sundipping he will become a monster, he's too fast for anyone here, I don't see what the team can really do to hurt the Man of Steel.

I don't think this is about Batman being able to hack Iron Man, there are so many options availabe for Bruce, but still, Iron Man isn't going down without a fight, and Batman is a real threat even if he can't hack into Tony's suit

@dondave: Batman has knowledge about Iron Man, he knows what Tony is capable of, I'm not saying this is going to be easy, but Batman has means to fight against people more powerful than Iron Man, I'm sure he can figure something to use on Tony, and you need to count the fact that Stark is not willing to kill. Thanks for giving your thoughts :)

@dratini1331: Well, you have a point, but Iron Man won't use lethal force, and Tony has no idea who is he going to face, I'd say Batman has a pretty good shot at this, but still, Iron Man wouldn't go down that easy. Thanks for replying!

@crackerjack82: Batman surely doesn't know Tony had some prep, but Bruce Wayne is no fool, he knows Iron Man can get quick acess to his suits, and Tony doesn't know who is going to attack him and when it's gonna attack, Batman might have a chance of doing this stealthly, but still, Iron Man is a tough match, and he is fighting inside his own house

Batman decided that Iron Man is a big threat, and wants to incapacitate him as soon as possible.

• Bruce gets 3 days of prep on the Batacave, and expects to face Iron Man in Tony's house
• In the middle of Batman's prep time, Tony receives a call, saying that someone is coming for him, then he has 30 min prepare himself for the upcoming fight, he doesn't know he's gonna face Batman, and when he will arrive.
• Batman doesn't know Tony had a small prep time and that he is expecting someone to attack him.

• This is pre-New 52 Batman, and 616 Iron Man
• Morals On (Although Tony wants to figure things out, and won't use lethal force)
• I know this fight has been done before, but this time it has different conditions.
• This is my first post on cv, hope you guys like it :)

Edit: Okay, I've noticed that 6 hours is not enough for Batman to have a fair chance against Iron Man, but what if he had 3 days?
