Sersi. 
Although Sue can get uin a few good shots but her invisibility will mean nothing to a telepath and Sersi 
Sersi is one of the most powerful Heroes on earth and so is Sue. 
Both deserve to be ranked with Hulk and Thor.

Black Lightining dosen't look powerful next to Superman, but he's actually powerful enough to channel all of thelectricity on Planet. He could light Metroplis for hours. 
 He can also use his lighting to stop Bullets, enhance his strengthy and so on. 
Add in the fact he's a Batman trained fighter  
He wins this with Wolverine being the easiest to beat

Fighting in a Large dining area.
