This is my both fictional and real 100 richest people in the Universe. In order to make this "Club" you need to be at least a Billionaire. For those with an unknown amount of cash i will put an Estimation of a minimum $1 Billion Dollars.

Um ya it is. Look at Frieza he had so much power and money that he did whatever the fuck he wanted. Including blowing up planets that he felt were "worthless". Same thing with King Cold. He offered Trunks one of his own Planets right before he killed him since he had so many. Plus many of the people i listed are dictators so they are insanely rich while everyone else is dirt poor.

Um ya it is. Look at Frieza he had so much power and money that he did whatever the fuck he wanted. Including blowing up planets that he felt were "worthless". Same thing with King Cold. Obama, Hitler or Stalin are not as rich as the people that finance their wars. having power to blow up things is not the same as having money

Actually it is. They used there power to take over the Galaxy by using fear as a weapon. Obama, Hitler, and Stalin are poor compared to Frieza alone. There organization conquered planets and then "Sold" them to the highest bidder. How is that not the same thing as having money?

listen i can't speak to dragonball. but why sell these planets unless they needed money to finance more war? to conduct war 3 things are needed gold, gold and gold.
