Basically, what I am asking is if someone made a live action Spider-Man TV show, could it be set in the Marvel Movie Universe. I dont think this has any chance of actually happening. I just thought this could be a pretty cool thing.

I would recommend reading everything in order. If you really dont want to, some of the stories that i enjoyed are 'Ultimate Six'. Also 'Ultimate Knights' was pretty good. It has Spidey teaming up with Moon Knight, Daredevil, Doctor Strange and Iron Fist as they all try to take down the Kingpin.

At least wait until the first arc of Scarlet Spider is over.

That's a good thought, but we've already seen the cover with the new spider man and they're way to small and skinny to be Steve Rogers...

what if, when Johnny tried to fight the Goblin again before Peter died, he lost his regular flame powers? What if he felt responsible for Peter's death, so he became the new Spider-Man? Reed might be able to equip him with devices to simulate Spider powers, and a new suit. That new suit shouts flashy to me, and Johnny Storm is indeed flashy. It would aso balance out, because with Regular MU Johnny dead(or captured) and Peter took his place on the FF, maybe it would make sense that if Ult. Peter is dead, Johnny takes his place. Thats just my theory though, to each their own opinion.

After reading the first issue of Ultimate Fallout. I gotta say Steve Rodgers is the new Spidey.

Wha--? What is Sinestro doing in the cover of Green Lantern? And what do you mean GL of sector 2814? He can't be the GL of Sector 2814, he's from 1417.
