Mass Effect, is more of a cross over rather than a Amalgam, its just these 2 properties existing in the same universe with a new character that the story revolves around, theres gonna be even more properties set in this universe later on.

Grissom Academy ventilation system
Ahsoka: Hello?
John (thoughts): How did my life go so wrong so quickly, just a few months ago I was just a care free teenager, and then these powers start developing...
Shows us brief flashes of John accidentally using Force lightning and lifting a Mako with his bare hands.
Ahsoka: Hello?
John (thoughts): And now my goverment wants me dead, plus I have an insane droid general coming after me with an army.
Ahsoka: Are you listening to me!
John: Um yeah sorry, I was just thinking about....stuff.
Ahsoka: Hey listen, I know this is hard but trust me being a Jedi isn't as bad as you might think itll be.
John: Right......Whats so great about it, when they keep blindly going by their traditions, force people to become emotion less husks or the part where they allow the most powerful Jedi in the universe to do what ever the hell he wants without consequences?
Ahsoka: Woah, where is this coming from?
John: Sorry, it's just that the Council murders kids for showing any signs of Force potential here and over in your galaxy you Jedi can do what ever you want.
Ahsoka: Youre going to have to accept things sooner or later.
On the other side of the station. Consecutive explosions go off.
Anderson: How many of these bastards are there?
Anakin: Always to many, Il try to get to higher ground, cover me.
Anakin jumps to the uper part of the hallway, he flanks them from behind and cuts down theyre ranks while Anderson and Kahlee attack them in a frontal assault. All of the droids are destroyed.
Anakin: Well pant, that wasnt so hard. That should be the last droid squad, now all that's left is Ventress.
John, are you and Ahsoka at the shuttles?
The radio is being jammed, suddenly Anakin hears light sabers igniting, he sees Ventress trying to kill Anderson from behind, he pushes Anderson out of the way and begins dueling her.
Ventress: Skywalker? I should have known the Jedi would send theyre favourite pet on this mission. Where is the boy?
Anakin: Youll never get to him Ventress, and I will make sure you don't leave this station alive.
The 2 begin dueling, the 2 Alliance soldiers try to shoot her down but she cuts theyre pistols in half and then proceeds to stab Anderson through the shoulder and Kahlee through the leg.
Anakin: Leave them alone Ventress!
Ventress: Oh don't worry Skywalker, now its your turn.
Skywalker gets surrounded by 4 Magna Guards, he tries to fight them all at once, but they all keep electrocuting him, he tries to keep fighting but Ventress intervenes and cuts off his prosthetic arm. Soon the radio on his severed arm starts beeping and Ventress picks it up and listens in.
Ahsoka: Master we've reached the hangar, where are you?
Ventress: Your master has been defeated, and if you want to see him alive you will bring me the boy, you have 30 minutes and then I start having my fun.
John: We have to rescue them.
Ahsoka: What! Are you crazy, Ventress is stronger than us, she will capture you and kill them no mater what you say or do.
John: I know.
Ahsoka: You know and you're still going.
John: Yes.
Ahoka steps in and tell hims: I can't let you do that.
John: Trust me I have a plan...
On the other side of the station...
Ventress: Ah you've arrived and with plenty of time to spare, now come over here.
John: First you let the others go.
Ventress: As you wish, release them. John goes to Ventress.
Kahlee: Jonh, don't do it, its suicide.
John: I have a plan. Ventress grabs him and calls Grievous.
Ventress: General, I have captured the target and we are ready to leave the station.
Grievous: Excellent work assasin, Count Dooku will be pleased.
Ahsoka sneaks up behind Ventress and uses Johns device to broadcast the last conversation between Dooku and Grievous across the whole station. John, breaks Ventresses hold and kicks her out of the way.
Ventress: Ugh what treachery is this!
Grievous: How did they? You...you little bastard you knew!
John: I always have a plan, when we were sneaking through the ventilation system I took access through many of the stations controls, but I also picked up your conversation and saved it on a device, I also read up on your history Ventress, you're the type who completely lets her guard down once she accomplishes a mission so I knew you'd completely forget about Ahsoka.
Ventress: You little....
John: So whats it going to be Ventress, you can keep chasing me or you can get of this station and save yourself.
Ventress: ................... We will meet again.
John: Count on it.
Ventress uses one of the shuttles and escapes, Grievous orders that all weapons fire on the academy. Suddenly the whole station starts shaking.
Anderson: Ah, we have to get out of here.
The group splits into 2, Anderson and Kahlee board a shuttle and set course for Elysium, while John, Ahsoka and Anakin enter the other and set course for the Republic base on Naboo.
John: So this is the life of a Jedi....Is it always this exciting?
Ahsoka: Oh it gets better trust me.
Anakin: You two go get some rest, its been a long day and it's still a trip to Coruscant.
On the Seperatist ship..........
Dooku: HOW COULD YOU FAIL SUCH A SIMPLE TASK!
Grievous and Ventress: We are sorry master.
Dooku: No, no youre not, not yet, you will be sorry once im through with you.
Dooku closes communications and leaves a shocked Grievous and Ventress pondering about theyre future punishment.

A lot of this art is great, keep releasing these cause this is a real pleasure to see every week
General Grievous: Ventress, we are approaching the Alliance station, capture the target by any means necessary and leave no witnesses.
Ventress: You just do your job and I'll do mine Grievous.
General Grievous: Watch your tone assassin, if you should fail Count Dooku will have your head.
Grievous launches the stealth pods onto Grissom Academy, the stations defense systems don't pick them up, she carves a way in with her light sabers, the droids split into 4 groups and plant explosives onto the shuttles.
On the other side of the station....
John: Why would the Sith be after me? It doesn't make sense.
Anakin: Master Yoda is the only one who knows, all he told us is that you were a extremely powerful Force user and that we need to get you to Corrusant at any cost.
John (thoughts): There has to be more to this, the leader of the Jedi wouldn't send the Choosen One to go after just another Force user, is this about my other abilities.
Anderson: Look, I know this is a lot to take in but your parents themselves told me to do this, there's no other way.
John: I know that Anderson I just wish that they could have....
Suddenly explosions are heard all across the station. Over the radio there are soldiers screaming and yelling that some one is attacking the station.
Kahlee: Sargeant report, whats going on out there?
Sargeant: There are droids attacking us, and bald pale women with 2 light swords attacking us.... Oh god she here HELP ME AAAAAHHHHHHHH.
Kahlee: Sargeant, Sargeant report!
Ahsoka: It's no use if Ventress really is here, then they don't stand a chance.
John uses his omni tool and hacks into the stations systems, he finds schematics that show a ventilation system and several back up shuttles in a small hanger.
John: Those shuttles are our only way out of here, but we need to distract them so they dont figure us out.
Anakin: Alright, Ahsoka you and John are going through the vents, protect him with your life. The rest of us will occupy Ventress and fight our way through the station.
Anakin, Kahlee and Anderson exist through the main door, they pick up several weapons.
Anderson: Here you go son. He hands over John a pistol and some grenades.
Anderson: I wish it didn't come to this, im sorry.
John: I know.
The 3 of them leave and head to the center of the station.
Kahlee: So whats the plan here?
Anakin: The plan is we keep Ventress of the 2 apprentices, because if she gets to them, they wont stand a chance.
Anderson: Was leaving the girl a good idea?
Anakin: Yes, Ahsoka might be a padawan but she can hold her own, and from Johns record his N7 training will come in handy.
The 3 of them get to the center of the station, there are dead soldiers every where, Anakin searches the bodies and doesn't find any traces of blaster shots. Anakin: These men weren't killed by blasters. That can only mean. A droid sneak up behind Anderson and raises its sword.
Anakin yells GET DOWN! And force pushes the droid out of the way, the 3 of them are begin fighting the droids. Anakin is swarmed by Magna Guards, Anderson and Kahlee are pinned down at the other side of the hall. Anakin cuts off one droids head off and the others leg, but they keep coming, the crawling droid grabs him by the leg and electrocutes him, the other droid moves in for the kill.
Meanwhile in the ventilation system....
John is looking through the security cameras and sees whats going on with the others. However he is interrupted by Ahsoka.
Ahsoka: Hey, we didn't get a chance to meet im Ahsoka Tano.
John (thoughts): I completely forgot about her, judging by her way of dressing id guess shes a Jedi padawan, must be why Skywalker left her, but I guess that I better make some friends with the Jedi if im gonna stay with them.
John: Hi, you probably already know who I am, thank you for doing this.
Ahsoka: Hey its what jedi do.
John: Looks like the others arent doing so well, guess we should even the odds.
John takes control of the turrets in the main hall, he fires on the droids and destroys most of
them but a droid commando escapes.
Anakin: Snips? Was that you?
John: No it was me, I've taken limited control of the stations security systems, did you find Ventress?
Kahlee: No, but she came through this way judging by the dead soldiers wounds.
Ahsoka: According to this map there are 3 more groups of droids on the station, 1 of the groups has an extra member, that must be Ventress.
Anakin: Alright, well keep going this way to the shuttle, how close are you to the meeting point?
John: We should arrive there in about 30 minutes, also you guys should start running because that commando is bringing in some friends along this time.
The 2 groups continue converging onto the secret shuttles.
While on the Seperatist ship.......
General Grievous: Ventress have you captured the target yet?
Ventress: No but I am close, I can feel his fear, but I also sense Jedi nearby.
General Grievous: Jedi! Cough cough, we cannot let the Jedi get him back to Coruscant do you understand me!
Ventress: Save your whinnying for some one who cares, I will get the job done like I always do.
She closes communications with the ship, soon after another call comes.
General Grievous: Master, the operation is going well.
Count Dooku: Really? Have you captured the boy yet?
General Grievous: Eh...No there have been complications it appears the Jedi are also on the station, but Ventress assures me that she is close.
Count Dooku: You fool! You cant possibly comprehend what capturing this boy will grant us, if Ventress cannot capture him then you are to destroy the entire station, weather she is on it or not. Have I made myself clear general, you have 1 hour left.
General Grievous: Yes master.
General Grievous: Get the ship closer to the station and prepare to fire on it on my command.
The Seperatist ship closes in on the station, with all of its weapons locked onto it, can the group escape the academy before Grievous kills them all?

Huntress stays in the shadows, observing a drug trade with a new form of Venom. She identifies Bane and Cameron Chase, an agent from the D.E.O.
Huntress (thoughts): Batman was right, the D.E.O. really is working with super criminals, it looks like the human trade I stopped in Italy was only a small part of whole operation.
She picks up their radio frequency and listens in.
Bane: I assume that will be enough Venom for your needs agent Chase. But if I may ask, is this another step in your plan to take down Batman and his army?
Chase: Thats none of your business, keep asking those kinds of questions and my boss might make you the next target.
Bane: You should watch your mouth miss Chase, before I rip the tongue out of your pretty little head.
Huntress (thoughts): I guess Batman was right.
A week earlier.
Gotham City, March 7, 2:00 CET
Batman: Thank you for meeting with me on such short notice, I know you just got back from your trip to Italy.
Huntress: Its fine, but whats going on? When you called me it sounded urgent. Is this about Batwoman defecting to the D.E.O.?
Batman: In a way yes.
He actives a holo projector and shows her recent attacks on Gotham City and other Batman Inc areas around the world.
Huntress: I knew things were tense, but how are loan wolf's like Nobody and Massacre connected?
Batman: While investigating both cases I came across several important pieces of information that all confirm that these 2 were in fact being helped by an outside force.
Huntress: The D.E.O. I heard about what happened to Batwoman, you think she might be part of this?
Batman: No, despite her situation she wouldn't try to do anything like this, but its only a matter of time before they force her.
Huntress (thoughts): Damnit Kate, what were you thinking.
Batman: But Batwomans situation aside, we have identified that a Venom trade is going to happen on Santa Prisca in a few days, im sending you in to gather information and stop it should the opportunity arise.
Back to the present...
Huntress (thoughts): Its time to end this before she gets away with any Venom.
Huntress actives several bombs placed at key locations on the island, soon most of the Venom warehouses are either blown up or heavily destroyed.
Banes: Status report now.
Soldier: Sir, most of out shipment has been destroyed, if we don't get more men to stop the fires the whole island will burn down.
Huntress uses her grappling hook to get above Bane and Chase, she drops smoke pellets that quickly fill up the area. She takes down the guards quickly but quietly, places more C4 on Chases helicopter.
However she is soon punched and is launched into the air.
Huntress: cough what hit me?
Bane: You think you can come to MY island and destroy MY VENOM!!
Bane, uses his Venom injector and tries to kick Huntress in the head.
She dodges it and puts electric brass knuckles on, she first hits Bane in the head, the punch disorients him giving her enough time to over load his Venom injector.
Bane: What?! NO! No you can't do this to me I am BANE! AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
Bane falls to the ground, Huntress then confronts agent Chase.
Huntress: It's over Chase, your done using people as test subjects.
Chase: Oh I beg to differ, did you really think we didnt make upgrades to Banes product.
Huntress: What?! Huntress turns around and finds a still Venomed Bane awake.
Huntress. How are you still ah....
Bane kicks her across the courtyard and through a wooden wall. She is in extreme pain and disoriented with an angry Bane slowly approaching. She tries to get to her bomb trigger so that she can destroy the last remaining shipment of Banes Venom.
Huntress (thoughts): He broke 2 ribs, ah I cant let Chase get away with this Venom.
She almost reaches the trigger but Bane crushes it and grabs her by throat.
Bane: Time to die you bruja.

The year is 2181, it has been 31 one years since Humanity discovered the remains of the ancient space faring species the Protheans on Mars, through this discovery, humanity learned the secrets of mass effect physics and element zero, unlocking faster-than-light-travel. Humans also discovered the mass relay network that allow instantaneous passage across thousands of light-years. Humanity has over these 30 years discovered many species but also another galaxy near its own.
Now during these troubled times, Humanity tries to gain more favour with the Cidatel Council, a joint government between most of the alien species in the Milky Way Galaxy. But the threat from the synthetics such as the Geth and the present war in the Far Rim Galaxy and the destruction of the Xel Nāga species from still unknown causes has created a very tense situation.
An Alliance shuttle approaches the academy.
John (thoughts): I wonder if dads alright, no one not even mom told me about his mission in the Outer Rim territories of the Republic. Could this be connected with that rumored war going on between the clones and droids?
Anderson: Shepard? You alright son, you look worried.
John: Why am I here Anderson, I thought I wasnt supposed to join the academy until next year. Anderson: Look, you're showing signs of telepathic powers that...
John: That arent biotic I know, what are they going to kill me like they do the other kids.
Anderson looks at him surprised.
John: I know what they do Anderson, the Council and the Alliance don't understand the Force and they murder kids who have any sort of Force potential. If they think ill go down without a fight, they're wrong. Anderson: You know that's not how that's gonna happen, listen, you're mother asked me to take care of you here, I have people here who I trust like Kahlee Sanders, if there's anyone who can keep those bastards like Udina away from you than its us.
John: Sanders, the woman who was there when Saren framed you for failing an important mission that cost you you're Spectre rank.
Anderson: Youre to smart for youre own damn good, you always have been.
John: What can I say, when combat training gets boring I have to find some way to entertain myself. John and Anderson exist the shuttle and are greeted by Kahlee Sanders.
Kahlee: Anderson, you havent aged a day, hows life been treating you since youre promotion. Anderson: Not bad considering some of the political crap I have to take on a daily basse.
Kahlee: And you must be the son of Malcolm and Liandra Shepard.
Kahlee and John shake hands.
John looks over her shoulder to find a man approaching, he immediately recognizes him as Donnel Udina, a well known human diplomat and full time kiss ass of the Citadel Council.
Udina: Captain Anderson, First Lieutenant Sanders ah this must be the new cadet of your fine Academy, John Shepard was it.
Udina extends his hand for a handshake.
John (thoughts): So this is the infamous Udina, I heard a lot of things about him and none of them good, hes been constantly undermining good men like my father and Anderson, always running theyre reputation for personal goal or to gain favor with the Council.
John extends his hand and they handshake.
John: Yes that's me, pleasure to meet you mister Udina.
Udina: The pleasure is all mine good boy, I wish I could stay longer but my inspection of this academy is over, I should return to Earth and tell the Alliance Council that all is well here. Goodday Anderson, Kahlee.
Udina walks into the shuttle and it leaves the hangar.
John (thoughts): Whats wrong with Kahlee and Anderson, they were both so tense while Udina was there, Anderson looked like he was gonna have a heart attack when me and Udina shook hands.
Kahlee: Alright, David we have to get John out of here before some one gets the wrong idea.
Kahlee and Anderson take John through the station, they reach a room where 2 hooded figures wait for them. Anderson looks the room behind them and makes sure no ones is watching or listening in.
Kahlee: This is boy we were talking about.
Male hooded figure (whispers): I thought he'd be older.
Female hooded figure (whispers): So what? He's the same age as me.
Male hooded figure(whispers): Great, lets hope I can manage this one.
The hooded figures reveal themselves, John instantly recognizes one of them, Anakin Skywalker, the famous Jedi messiah, the Choosen One destined to bring balance to the Force, but he doesn't recognize his young Torgruta apprentice.
John: So it's actually come down to this, I have to defect to the Jedi so the Alliance doesn't execute me?
Anakin: Things are much worse than you think, it's not only the Allaince who's after you, there are some people who are much worse.
John: Such as?
A ship leaves Hyperspace and is slowly approaching the academy.
Droid Commander: Sir, we have identified the target, shall we proceed with the attack.
General Grievous: Good, order all droids to fire on the facility, and tell Ventress to spare the target, cough kill everyone else.

Jon Grissom Academy, 2181, Human Colony Elysium.
Anderson: Come one Shepard, you can do better than that.
John: Easy for you to say, you're not the one who has to lift this 5 ton piece of cargo with biotics.
Anderson: Well if you didn't want to be here you shouldnt have caused trouble during sparring excercise.
John: Flash has been asking for that for a long time now, he's always been trying to prove he's better than me.
Anderson: And you thought knocking him through a wall was gonna fix everything?
John: No but I think he got the message that im sick and tired of his crap after 10 years. Like I said, Flash has been trying to prove that he's better than me since we were little kids.
Anderson: Youre attitude isn't exactly perfect either John, you've also had this lone wolf way of thinking and you can't expect everyone to just blindly follow you when you order them to.
John finally gets the cargo onboard the ship.
John: Listen Anderson, im not here to hold every bodies hand, I gave Flash a direct order and he shoot me instead, what was I supposed to do then?
Anderson: A real leader would have found another way.
John: A real leader needs to let his team know how things work and they're expected to act as such.
The two of them walk through the hallways to the docking bay. It's a tense silence after the previous argument.
John: Sigh, listen Anderson, I'm sorry about what I said and about what I did to Flash, it's just that dads been sent out into the outer rim and things are bad there.
Anderson: I get that, but you gotta leave your personal feelings out of this stuff in the future if you wanna be in the military.
Anderson: By the way did you hear about whats going on with our neighbours?
John: All I heard is rumors that the Republic is having trouble catching this Count Dooku guy and that the situation isn't getting any better.
Anderson: Republic forces on Crystosis have been almost completely decimated, some clone betrayed them and took out most of theyre heavy weapons and vehicles.
John: Whats dad got to do with whats going on over there?
Anderson: Despite our own problems here, the Alliance has decided to send in small fleets to attack the Separatists from behind in the outer rim.
The two of them reach the docking port that's heading for Earth.
John: Thanks for telling me about my dads assignment, so I guess ill see you back on Earth?
Anderson: Ah don't remind me about Earth, I have to go meet that little worm Udina about finding suitable soldiers for human Spectres.
John: I still can't believe that bastard Saren got away with taking you off the Spectre program, if anyone should have been chosen its you.
Anderson: Thanks for the vote of confidence but no point in thinking about what might have been, anyway have a safe trip back to Earth, things on the edge here aren't getting any better so....be careful okay?
John: Trust me Anderson I know what im doing but if anything does go wrong you'll be the first person I call.
The shuttle leaves the facility and heads to Earth
Meanwhile....
A small Republic ship enters through Hyperspace and is being pursued by a Seperatist cruiser. The ship has momentarily escaped.
Ashoka: You had to do it you're way? Dont worry Ahsoka nothings gonna go wrong, I can fix this hyperdrive no problem.
Anakin: Alright fine, I was wrong to try to repair this thing by myself happy?
Ahsoka: No im not happy, were stuck in the middle of nowhere with a Seperatist cruiser right behind us.
Anakin: When you put it like that Snipes ah...
The cruiser leaves Hyperspace and sends fighters to shoot down the Republic vessel.
Ahsoka: Our shields are going down, its only a matter of time before our engines go down.
The Republic ship and Grissom academy shuttle are both intercepted by the Seperatists Cruiser and both are captured.
John: What the hell are the Seperatists doing in our galaxy?
Pilot: Hold on kids im sending alliance command a message.
Droids board the shuttle and kill the pilot before the message can be sent.
Droid Commander: All of you are now prisoners of the Confederacy, you will comply with our orders or you will die.
Ahsoka: Master, master you have to wake up before ah,
The droids break in and shoot her in the shoulder, she forces pushes them away but she is overwhelmed and without her light saber she surrenders.
Droid Commander: Sir we have captured the Jedi but we have also encountered children from Grissom Academy.
Grievous: Excellent, lord Dooku shall be pleased with the prospect of new soldiers for the army cough cough.
