I'm surprised to see so much dislike. I thought this was a fairly good issue. It was good seeing the focus on the kids and the problems all of them are currently dealing with. The new kids didn't get as much focus as the older character so I'm not quite sure what there is to judge on them yet in terms of likability. Wolverine's side of the story was kept to a minimum with the parts he did have still focusing on the kids themselves. Not sure where you get the idea that they were chosen at random. It was said and shown in the issue why they were chosen. Also not sure where you got the idea that Logan already knew the threat to him in Savage Land since he didn't until the very end.

I thought this was pretty fun. It was good to see Aaron define this new Angel, and I liked the new mutant. Only disappointed that Aaron seems to have hinted towards an end to the new Angel. I dislike the idea of bringing the old Warren back any time soon.

Pretty sure the old lives and changes comment your speaking of was talking about the series on the whole.

No idea why Superboy was there. Its obviously part of a plot line for a later story. I'm not really sure how it hurt the issue. I thought this was actually quite good for Zor-El's story. It served to answer a some questions that had been lingering from the first arc of Supergirl. I think you underrate it to be honest.

I was actually disappointed Daniel left Detective. I thought he wrote solid though forgettable stories with at least or two fairly good issues.

Anyways I agree with your review more or less. It was a good issue for Winnick to leave on. I'm also disappointed that he is leaivng just as he shows other African heroes. I also share your uncertainty on the book w/o Winnick. With the numbers it does sales wise I'm honestly expecting nothing more than ok placeholder before they cancel it come the fourth wave.

@longbowhunter: Don't really know much about the usual character, but I thought it was a fun introductory one shot.

@DATNIGGA: That wasn't the Proffessor. It was someone else from the New Brotherhood screwing with her mind.

Anyways this was a great issue, the best since the end of the Dark Angel saga if I'm being honest. Love how Remender has all the main team members being attacked from different angles.

Don't quite agree about Charlotte. She is bland and boring, but there is one or two more who was probably worse to me. Still I'm definitely in agreement about writers needibg to give up on new true loves for Bruce. For some reason writers always push too hard for their girl to be Bruce's new love. They need to back off and just let it happen gradually instead of force feeding them to the readers.

Loved this issue. The Kid Gladiator and school scenes were fun while the focus on Wolverine and the question of whether or not he could kill Hope was pretty good. Not the best issue of the book, but probably the best of the tie-in issues its had so far.
