When did Terry vs. Scarecrow? It'd be cool if it was a kinda Freddy Kruger type deal with scarecrow now old and decrepit and hooked up to some kinda nightmare machine. Messing with Batman and the rest of Gotham

I don't think he ever did. He really ought to be removed from the list (him and bane). I mean sure he is on the cover of one of his comics, but he really didn't return (to my knowledge). In the comic Babs only experiences aftereffects of the  fear toxin. Bane should really be removed or lowered on the list because he was never a foe of Terry.  he appeared to be, but that was all hype to distract people from the real villian of the episode. Not a rogue member at all. Mr. Fixx diserves to be on this list if you ask me, but I'm not the creator of this list.

@eganthevile1: Uh...I have that comic right in front of me (or at least I can) and I know for a fact that he only appears in flash backs (to quote my self when discribing the issue:)

Commissioner Barbara Gordon is troubled by hallucinations that stem from a fight with the Scarecrow back in her days as Batgirl. With a kidnapped child's life at stake, Barbara will need the help of Batman to survive the night.

I have read this comic and I can argue this point. It was merely fear which was the main villian of the issue and Scarecrow's Toxin (not the man himself). In fact, I have no idea what happened to Scarcrow (animated), but he never faced the future bat.
