@Killemall: Not at all. Barry having not used something means it cannot be used as a viable method in a vs debate. Not that a case cannot be made that he conceivably knows how to do it, which is the case I just made.

i) Wally mentioned a series of steps that he referred to as Flash facts while fighting Zum.

ii) Facts that he also stated Barry taught him when he was still Kid Flash.

iii) By simply applying those facts, he managed to use an IMP.

i) + ii) + iii) = By applying a series of rules he taught Wally in the first place (and therefore had to be aware of them), Barry could IMP too. It isn't really any kind of leap in logic.

Wally is definitely faster, he was the first to break to light barrier anyways and the only one hit IMP.

Barry taught Wally how to use IMP by mentioning Flash facts to him when he was still Kid Flash. It's in Wally's narration during his fight with Zum.

Teaching something and using them is two different matter altogether. Student turn out far better than teachers at times, i havent seen Barry either use IMP or steal speed. The most powerful flash villian was specifically wally's villian and not barry's sort of point out that wally was better.

I never said he used it himself. Never mentioned speed steal, either. And nowhere did I say Barry is superior to Wally.

Teaching a youngster how to do something that you do not know how to do in the first place sounds like a leap in logic. If Barry was aware of all the principles required in order to use an IMP, and taught them to Wally it stands to reason that he knew he could apply those principles himself. Students can, and have surpassed masters and while Wally is an example of this, mentioning that he has used an IMP but omitting to mention Wally himself acknowledged that only through the Flash facts Barry taught him years ago that feat was made possible is simply a half truth. Barry hasn't used an IMP but it's extremely possible, if not certain, that he knows how to do it.

Namor, weak... NEVER! The Sub-Mariner has KO'd Hulk, Doctor Strange, Silver surfer, ect. You're telling me that THIS is a STOMP... against NAMOR?! HA!!! ;)

You're telling me Namor KO'ing Silver Surfer is anything other than PIS? There's only one outcome to this fight: fish fillet.

It isn't PIS, it's just fan fiction.

@EdmondDantes: you do know that not only is he way faster than venom, he can channel his chi into lighting, so it wouldn't be a thunderclap, it would be a thunderclap amped by Chi, and lightning

I have read the Immortal Iron Fist. You are not illuminating me in any way, not to mention you are erroneous in several things.

Way faster than Venom? By blitzing random Hydra agents? He can move at superspeed, but Venom regularly reacts fast enough to fight Spider-Man and has dodged and blocked bullets after they've been shot. Fat Cobra is not as fast as a bullet.

He can channel his chi in a variety of ways, that much is true. But you make it sound like he can summon a storm, all the while he needs to aim and hit his target. Iron Fist dodged those attacks and closed the gap on him, Venom would do the same. He has only ever used a thunderclap against the Shaolin Terror Priests (aka fodder with 0 durability), and you have yet to explain why Fat Cobra would use it against Venom all the while this is a random encounter, therefore he knows nothing about him or his weaknesses.

Venom wins.

Fat Cobra takes the symbiote off with a thunderclap than one-shots Brock.
A class 5 character using a thunderclap against someone who has resisted sonic weaponry specifically designed to put him down will surely be a sight to behold.

Venom wins with relative ease. Cobra can't even hurt him really.

We already did. He lost to Spider-Man in the very same story in one shot and later on in Heroes for Hire he was screaming like a girl at the sight of a velociraptor before Spider-Man shattered his armor.

Thing one-shoots the jobber.
