So when it comes to people walking down the street in 2016: Halle Berry is black. Beyoncé is black. Tiger Woods is black.
When it comes to Ancient Egypt they have to be darker than Wesley Snipes to be considered black.
In America black means you have any discernible African features. Skin color is not the main characteristic. You can be as light as someone who is considered white, but if you have the nose, the lips, and the hair you will be considered black.
So don't try to move the goal posts for Ancient Egyptians.
In Europe the people who live furthest North are the lightest. This is the same for most "continents" (of which Europe is not it's own... but another day for that). No one tries to divorce Sweden from Europe, it's just understood that Greeks and Swedes are both European. And so with Northern Africans and the rest of Africa. Of course there has been a huge influx of non Africans that have moved to North Africa so today's population is not reflexive of the population 5000 years ago.
Black Adam is black if Terrance Howard is black.
