So with that, I have to say Disney. It's prime was far more recent then Nickelodeon. All That and the Amanda Show are old, and those were truly the best Nick had to offer. At least when Disney was coming up with good ideas, it was in the 2000s.

once apon a time when Disney Channel was losing viewership back in 1996. Disney had no idea what to do with the viewer-losing network. Then they saw the things that made Nickelodeon so popular back then, so they decided to reformat themselves into a network aimed at preteens. The reformatting worked, but they needed a flagship show too (Even Stevens was aimed at tweens, but I don't think they considered it good enough to make it the channel's flagship at the time), so in 2001, Lizzie McGuire was born. As a result, Nickelodeon and Disney Channel became rivals after 2001. I don't watch either channel anymore because of how cruddy they both became (both networks turning themselves into kiddy versions of MTV and all), but there's no denying that Disney Channel's rivalry with Nick is still heating up in TV ratings today.
