I'm not a transformers fan either Velocity,but I think the TRansformer would give them a good fight,will they win,no,but if Prime does use the Matrix it could hurt the league. first off Supes and co aren't going to know anything about the transformers so they aren't going to know about the Matrix. MM can't read thier minds because their robots. The only was I see Prime and Co. winning this is if they surprize the League with the Matrix,like sneaking up on them. aside from that,the league'll turn them into recycled soda cans.
Thor is a being of Magic,Supes if the writer held true to the powers of both wouldn't stand a chance against a magical being as powerful as Thor. Maxim is right Supes beating thor was a deal between the companies,if Thor were to hit Supes with his hammer or lightening it would take him out since it's all magic. In a fist fight Thor wins because he's a magical being. DC doesn;t like having anyone more powerful than Supes. Look at the Supes vs, Captain Marvel fight on the JLA tv series,Marvel should've either won that fight or gave Supes a better fight than he did. Thats why DC sued and got the rights to Marvel away from Quality years ago.He was more popular at the time and was considered more powerful.

I had too go back to one of your very first commits raven. I've always felt DC characters were dated and lame. They've gotten better over the years,but Marvels characters are far better with very complex personalities. DC heroes are just a little too perfect,I don't think their over powered just to(like u said) unoriginal and bland. Which is the reason Marvel has been far out selling them.They've has some success,with Identity Crises and Kingdom Come,but for the most part I agree with u.I don't see them surpassing Marvel.
On a side note,I hope Marvel starts making better Movies,aside from the X-men and Spider films they've really come up short,lets hope Iron Man is Good,but I have a bad feeling.
I think Zombie Cap and Company are going to have their hand full. They can't eat him,and he has his Dead Onez so this could be a tie,but I give EE a slight edge.
Ultrons inter workings could be damaged with a powerful enough white sound blasts,maybe concetrated at Ultrons eyes,or down his mouth,he always seems to have it open.Vic could easily shatter his brain or destroy his power source,but he won't get many changes.
