I see the 5 days of prep in there for Apocalypse, does he got Sinister to study the Destroyers armor's materials? If so, this could give him the edge, if not then Apoc. should be aware at least.

Also why does the Destroyer needs prep? Sure it's a sentient-like being but it's sole purpose it can do is follow orders on whoever the owner is, right?

In short I give Apoc the edge 6/4 due to prep.

I really want to give Team 1 the edge due to versatility (All 4 except She-Hulk whose the physical bruiser of the bunch) but Team 2 just got more natural raw power on their side (Raven, Starfire and Bleez) plus a pyschopath; Killer Frost.....hhmmm I'll get back to you.

I agree what most are saying EMH series Thor hands down. But not just Thor either, I mean that show made every cast member looked damn good; screen time, dialogue and action to boot. Even if the character can be a d*** sometimes we still love 'em (i.e. Hawkeye) how they are portrayed..

As both are in character, they'll just come to their senes then both call it a draw and they end up playing video games.

Team; Blade is basically an upgraded DS and already Gambit is a huge problem.

Or Blade can also solo too.
