I'm so enjoying this event...said me never. I'm just sitting back and waiting till this things over and done with. The only thing that I'll get is the tie-ins to this, whatever's in my pull list and keep it movin'
But kinda downed to what happened to Banner, but all in all...
I know it's to early to judge but I'm not excited or looking forward to this at all.
Yea, since CWII is the catalyst for all this; also, is that Jessica Jones on the left? Hope Cage is with her, cause if not, it's gonna be awkward if he's on the other side of things
I can't believe we are going through this crap again as a whole really.
Not to mention She-Hulk supporting Carol while she is an attorney who suppose to believe in '' Innocent until proven guilty''...
Also, when did ''preventing future disaster'' thing have worked and not caused the same disaster to begin with ? I mean Betty Ross tried to pull that crap on the Hulk and we got Doc Green...that should tell you that trying to mess with the ''future'' won't end well as the future is a FLUID thing, not a straight line. I thought Carol learned that when Galactus showed her ''time itself''. Not to mention how she was against Cosmic Cube research and yet now willing to use a ''future prediction'' guy to mess with things.
Mark my words, this event will feel just as out of character as the original one for many people and I won't enjoy that.
Agreed. From a marketing standpoint, they want it to sell b/c of the Civil War movie. From a story standpoint...your right on the nose; if they can prevent one 'future' outcome, it might lead to another 'future' with an even worser outcome (like you said, fluid, NOT a straight line). I got a feeling that when it's all said and done, something's gonna happen to Ulysses and then this whole event will make all heroes involved not trust each other as much, no matter how you cut it
@hiimsmart: Yea, I'm only gonna get the tie-ins for Uncivil War II, cause this hero vs. hero shtick is really starting to irk me (with the exception of Batman vs. Superman, tho). Marvel let Slott turn Black Cat into villain...now this? smh
Bout time Ultimate End 5 is coming out! Last Marvel preview I saw of Ultimate End, they announced a TPB of 1-5 and the last issue ain't came out yet, which had me like 'WTF Marvel?! You just gonna end it with 4?' SMH
I still absolutely hate the fact that Black Cat is a villain now
I second that :/ And I got this feeling -just a feeling- that somethings gonna happen just in order to make Silk's character evolve 'naturally'...and Black Cat is gonna be the cause of it >.>
I just dislike the fact that she hates Peter in this when in Spider-Verse they were on friendly terms. I kinda understand her wanting to stay away from him because of they keeput wanting to have sex all the time. I just don't understand why she has to be a bitch to him when he offers to talk to her or help her.
Around the 6th issue, she has a little moment with Pete saying that having her freedom is hard; guess it's gonna be 'Don't need no help from no one' Silk, now that her brother's around, which might be the cause of her putting up her wall w/ the hero community
