@saren: Maybe Earth 2 Batman will make an appearance? I don't know. The forces of Apokolips after all, are attacking Earth 2.

Expanding on this. Maybe Damian is resurrected and then travels to Earth-2. That would allow for coexisting Robins.

@cade_calrayn: Thanks for explaining that, but that raises another question.

It's clear that the military presence isn't fond of Batman upon their arrival, yet Batman saves them on the rooftop and (eventually) Gotham in the end. Knowing that this takes place before Justice League #1, wouldn't they vouch for him regarding future encounters? Perhaps they don't say anything just to preserve the status quo, so they're not branded supporters of a vigilante. I guess I answered my own question...

@jonny_anonymous: The following which is the synopsis from the Off My Mind post on the main page (News), not the forum link.

He's hanging up the tights and become a secret agent. Will that be a good or bad thing?

I avoided reading the spoiler article on purpose because I hate spoilers. So I want to thank you for putting a spoiler in the synopsis on the main page.

My understanding is that it is a glimpse into the future, specifically 5 years from the present. However, that's not to say it is or is not the future. Perhaps it's a la Back to the Future 2 and a skewed timeline into an alternate reality.

I'm aware that doesn't really clear anything up, but any more released info would likely spoil the reasoning behind it all.

I can't wait till the 8th or so time I've read it so I can understand it all.

Not a hater, I'm a fan. But I find myself going back to his work more compared to other writers.

Really turned off by the perspective of the Sinestro cover. His left leg looks weird. The lower leg looks curved and the calf is too big in relation to the knee. Granted, its a up the nose hero-shot, but his calf is bigger than his head. Don't know why its bothers me that much, it just does.

So I recently moved and now I'm redecorating my comic room and whatnot, and I'm torn on how to display single issues. While I've got some ideas after looking back in the comic collection pic thread, I've not decided yet. I've committed to using the top loaders at this point and I'm thinking of mounting long 1x3s and making a shelf for the books. However, I'd like to keep a low profile and give a floating effect if possible. However, many comic frames are either expensive, or I've seen people use frames from the dollar store and I'm afraid that might look cheap.

Does anyone have any suggestions or pictures of how they display their single issues on the wall? Thanks in advance.

There's only a handful of books that can top Year One. It just so happens that The Dark Knight Returns is one of them.
