Carl will now conclude that he should have killed the zombie threat he found before someone got hurt. He will apply this to the situation with the outsider and now use the gun he stole to kill Randall since everyone seems to agree he is a threat.

I think having Carl act like this is a little too early. They haven't laid out enough evidence yet to justify him being so screwed up. In the comic he is more good-natured and innocent and takes longer to grow so callous and detached. I still like the show but I really disagree with the recent development of Carl's character.

I guess it's possible that this Ultimate...err I mean alternate, universe could be confusing to new readers, which appears counter-productive to what DC has achieved with the New 52. Has DC noticed how alternate universes succeeded for Marvel and now second-guessed the decision to erase Earth 2? Perhaps DC's intention is not just a new starting point for readers, but also to bring a refreshing change to the DC Universe.

Sex sells. As long as that is true (which it will be as long as commerce exists) there will be "sexism" in comic books. It's everywhere, not just comic books! There will always be consumers whose interest in a title can partially be attributed to the sexual elements it contains.

I know the secret identity thing is the reason Bruce Wayne changes his voice as Batman in "The Dark Knight", but every time I hear it I still can't help but laugh.

I prefer the more recent costumes where she has her head covered. Come on, a mask that only covers the eyes just doesn't cut it. That doesn't protect your identity. This costume makes her look like the catwoman from the campy 1960's Batman show.

I WOULD like a story taken straight from the print media and translated to TV. I'll settle for whatever AMC gives me though as long as it's quality work.

I am so sick of all these damn events. Actually the comic titles I've stuck with the most consistently over the years are those that are self-contained. It is easy to get sucked into the events, so I understand why Marvel uses them to boost sales, but it is also just as easy to get burned out on keeping up with what is happening.

One Avengers team, one avengers comic. Same goes for X-men, Spiderman, Wolverine, Hulk, Thor, and all the other over-exposed teams and characters.
