A really strong first issue. Sets up the Sci Fi premise and then takes a left turn and brings about and interesting take on a love story....

Uncanny X-Men #11 0

A very good attempt at an event tie in. I enjoyed it much more than the AVX book itself as it gave depth to the characters...

Archaia FCBD 2012 0

This is a fantastic book! Not just the quality of Stock and hardcover (and for free. How do they do it?) but the stories are top notch too!...

A slightly Spoilery review of honestly the best Superhero film ever. Joss Whedon did some stellar work on this one!...

The Jock cover is great. There's an all new Judge Dredd story! And an Alan Moore Ro-Busters story which is fantastic!...

Loved the art in both halves of this book (do prefer Fabio Moon however) never read much star wars in comics but may start to take a look more often and see!...

Action Comics #5 0

Grant Morrison has done it, he has convinced me than Superman is a character worthy of my time! A story that I knew before I was able to read, but has been told in a way that sheds new light on the event! The art is as always by Andy Kubert is great!...

Loving how this series keeps getting better and better! the art as always is fantastic, and Travel Foreman's ability to draw amazingly grotesque animals and surreal versions of people is outstanding!...

Chew Vol. 3 0

Solid five issues from this great team. enough can't be said about Guillory's art, I really love his work. great call backs and references to previous issues within this arc as well as as many as 10 issues previous. Great cliffhanger pretty much ensuring that you will read on....

Another great issue from the new Batman team. Love Capullo's art in the flashback scenes (as well as the rest of the book.) The ending is another great cliffhanger really looking forward to the next year of Batman!...

Carrying on with great action scenes in this issue, and setting up Wonder Woman's Origin. Then Ending on a note that shatters that! Great issue, sold on this title!...

Wonder Woman #1 0

Love the action in this issue! the sword Diana threw, caught me off guard wasn't expecting that. A bit of a slow burn but with reading 1-3 in one go, its shaping up to be a good story....

Spaceman #2 0

I truly love whereat his book is going. This issue fleshes out the world of the "Spaceman" and how they came to be and also what made them into the what they are now. The art as always from Risso is exceptional, and the future slang isn't that hard to get your head around maybe a couple more readings is needed buts for the benefit of understanding the story better!...

Uncanny X-men #2 0

This issue had some good parts, mainly the Mr. Sinister parts. Not a fan of the S.W.O.R.D. thing or the space stuff. However, the end of the issue was enough to keep me interested enough to pick up number 3 and maybe see out the arc....

Mudman #1 0

Really enjoyed the non typical comic book style of this book, not sold on the art yet but I'm interested enough in the story to keep going for the meantime. Also I really liked the letter from Paul Grist on the inside cover....

Iron Man #510 review 0

First post Fear Itself Iron Man issue, and I'm excited with the return of the Mandarin and Ezekiel Stane, and the way they are plotting against Tony together. Also I'm glad of the fact Tony going off the wagon hasn't been brushed under the carpet and he will be held accountable. unsure about spilt lip but we'll see....
