The official site has confirmed that the Baron Zemo on the series is Heinrich. Rather than have father and son Zemos, they had Heinrich wear first the original, and then the version of his suit worn by his son. He has remained alive through various genetic upgrades and treatments. Also suffers from exposure to his own Virus X weapon for which he needs treatment for.
