I am going with Sonny in this fight. A normal NS5 already outclasses Batman in virtually every department. Not to mention Sonny's durability and strength were slightly upgraded as mentioned. Even through Sonny is "wounded" its too difficult to tell if that will have any effect on his combat. As far as /i could tell it didn't have any major effect before the repair.
