IMO, prepped Prometheus would wreck it even worse.
We don't know how much or what kind of prep is allowed. Prometheus is a child compared to Midnighter,as is everyone else.

@BataTest: Deadpool is Tier 1. He has a healing factor. Other than that, your team is perfect! @fury714: Can't work! Both Batman and Deathstroke are Tier 1! @LordStoop: Psylocke is actually Tier 2 in my books (she's like Miranda, she's got psionic abilities but other than that, she's human), so you can have a different Tier 1. Black Widow is fine as a Tier 3. Shang-Chi would be Tier 2 as well. So, looking at your old team, it'd be Psylocke - Tier 1, Mr. Terrific - Tier 2, Black Widow - Tier 3.
